Now is as Good a Time as Any.
I've been collecting quotes, poems, and articles since I was 13. Now I'm 22. Often I get good ideas, strange revelations and striking epiphanies. But as lazy as I am, I never write them down.
Lately, I started wanting to share these insights of mine, and my collection of awesome quotes, videos, articles with the hope that they inspire people, because they, well, inspired me. This led me to start hunting for a platform where I could share anything under the sun. And here I am, on Tumblr. Maybe I should've started this earlier, but the time that's gone is gone. And now is as good a time as any.

J1 - Tuesday 14
Today's goals: Done! - No snacks (during working and tonight) - After work : work session with Kayla's guide : this is the first session, it was soo hard!! I did a lot of fitness years ago, the exercices were similar but not so harsh ^^ But it's great to do it till the end. I understand why so many people are proud of themselves after doing the guide! I hope I will improve my force step by step with exercises :). Today's menu: - Breakfast : Greek yogurt with cranberries and banana- Lunch : chili con carne and strawberries for dessert - Dinner : a “super salad” : green salad, avocado, tomatoes, grows mung beans, mozzarella and toast - Drinks : water, tea and coffee (no sugar), one glass of orange juice
