I wish for once they could just be proud of me. Is it that hard to let me feel proud an enjoy my achievements?

7.0 medallion all four years, strait A's in 5 classes, English Olympiad winner, I mean that's pretty good stuff right there. It is allowed for me to have one night, or even an hour, to enjoy it? No. I need to be in tears, again. Why can't you be like every other mother? Saying how good I did and taking pictures... Nope. You have to sit on your butt and bother me about the 2 classes I didn't get certificates for and give me a "look" when I go to get ice cream from the table with my friends. Honestly, I don't want to cry at graduation because I'm not "good enough" for you. I don't want either of you at anything that could bring me pride, and you don't deserve to brag about my success. I did this on my own, despite you as a hindrance.
