My Purpose
My purpose in starting this blog is to share and try to help others achieve the goal in becoming the healthiest version of them selves possible. I am not a doctor, I am not a nutritionist, and I am not a trainer, I just want to share what I have learned and an honest recount of what it was like to go through this process. I honestly attribute the majority of my success so far to having the support and encouragement of the people I worked with and competed against in slim down Columbus.
