After the regeneration Geronimos in Henry and his attempts to convince Skye that he is still the Doctor, he spent most of his time exploring Cantalot. He had been there a few times when he was still living with Rosemary and Sweet Briar, he liked the town even then it fascinated him to see so many ponies mostly living peacefully together. As Geronimo he had no time in his 2 years that he spent in Equestria, as Henry however, he would stop by Skye's bakery every evening to talk about his discoveries over a cup of tea and a muffin, back when he was still mildly enthusiastic.
