I'm making a master post to address some of the repeating arguments being made about the copyright infringement case with Modmad
I think we've covered a lot of them just through reblogs here or there, but I thought it might be helpful to compile it all into one place so they're not scattered between different reblogs. I'm pretty sure it's going to take me a good while before everything is compiled/organized into one post, but while I'm working on it, if anyone has any arguments/points on the matter - either ones they had themselves or ones they've seen repeated by others (whether reasonable or not, whether you agree with them or not, etc) - that you would potentially like me to include in the masterpost, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know about them in the replies so I can see which ones I should be sure to include/address.
