i had an idea last night so may i present

my faves as albums i've listened to

carmelo anthony - 4 your eyez only by j. cole

< clear focus on one aspect (scoring & lyricism) but show signs of versatility as well

< often overlooked by fans because of bias and stat impose

< most definite of their time

allen iverson - get rich or die tryin' by 50 cent

< do i really have to explain this one?

< shaped a generation

< made the most of what they had (iverson barely had any help in his prime years and a lot of the beats from grodt are leftovers or rejects from other artists)

2009-2011 derrick rose - appetite for destruction by guns n' roses

< explosive and in-your-face

< inescapable at their peak

< still made a lasting impact, even if their reign was cut short

2019-2022 derrick rose - depression cherry by beach house

< sees the artist/player go a new way (some of it that reminds people of their old signature)

< flashes of what was left behind

< although fans grieve of what used to be, their new direction is great in what it is and shouldn't be undermined due to a nostalgia schtick

tim duncan - the visitors by abba

< heavy on fundamentals and basics

< simplistic but effective nonetheless

< some of the greatest moments of their time, however they get overlooked a lot because they're not as flashy as others

that's all i could come up with for now and don't question some of these not making sense this was based off of my perception of these players and albums goodnight

Tim Drake taking your picture from across the parking lot where you go into work. You have no idea he's there, rather *been* there, since you got here about three months ago. The way he's so confident that you love him back but he's too shy to outright confront you (at least right now) so instead he just yoinks some of your stuff. Tim is a freak so of course I'm talking underwear, dirty shirts, toothbrush, hair from your brush and even some pillow cases. If he's feeling up to it he'll go through your things and take something that you haven't worn in years or forgot about. Going out of the way to track which clothes of yours were sent to which goodwills just to buy them for himself.
