It was @annalandin‘s birthday yesterday, so as a present I drew our Dungeon World characters, who ended up a couple before the campaign ended. I miss drawing these nerds <3

Dungeon World Session 38: BARFIGHT! Where a lot of things get smashed, Dau is the only one who doesn’t, and we meet a new pal! Dungeon World, Session 36: A Camera Obscura Into Hell (Let’s Not Go There). I didn’t recap this bc I had no time, but Tim pretended to be a holy man to sneak past the guards at the excavation-site we went to in session 33 (no, his real full name isn’t ‘Timothy’) We got new outfits made (FROM THE SKIN OF OUR ENEMIES RARGH), but Tim’s still waiting for his full plate armour to get finished. Also, Noland and Dau are gonna be monster dads (to something only identified as “scaly”), the crystal skull we found is even MORE creepy than it seemed - and Tim did get a 4 on his “avoid public boner”-save. Catching up on the recap comics for our Dungeon World-campaign, so here are quick one-pagers for sessions 33 and 34; Iris’ family seem pretty chill about this whole “big scruffy boyfriend” thing (except Bastian, because Bastian), and then we went into a hole in the ground to talk to the same kind of fire spirits that forcibly gave Iris her powers, and bargained with them to just peace out and leave the premises. It went pretty well! Recaps for session 35 coming later this week. Dungeon World, session 32: Meet the Mirzams! Featuring personal chats over a fancy bottle of wine (and a messy colour-sketch of a tasteful fade to black on, *ahem*, a personal Tim/Iris moment), dreams of bears of unusual size, and 3/4ths of the Mirzam-family. Cara is a sweetheart with a tendency to be very dramatic, Bastian is a stick in the mud who loves his family but thinks he knows better than they do regarding what they need in life, mama Adelyn is a book-binder, and old man himself, Elias, has yet to return home from his job at the administrative department (he’s a census-taker) and discover the (somewhat) joyous return of his beloved middle child. Next session: dinner with the family, a raid on an excavation camp (?), also vague plans to punch an Archduke in the face. Dungeon World, session 31: Cabin-Buddies and Broken Lighthouses. A-sailin’ north to Iris’ hometown, we came upon a drifting island (because apparently that’s a thing!) with a broken, unlit lighthouse on it - and the shadow-creature responsible tried to possess Iris, who was having none of it. And hey, we fixed it! ... Dungeon World, Session 30: HELP 1. Iris DID do more than just lose her hand. In fact, she shattered the lich’s soul-anchor. But she was kind of out of her mind on pain at the time, and doesn’t remember. Everyone else was busy dying, freaking out or murdering minotaurs, so I doubt they remember either. 2. About Dau. Look. Auvi’s entire deal has been weird as weirdness since the start. Iris doesn’t know what the heck. And there are bigger things to deal with, okay? We’ve got a dragonborn tag-along now. 3. Iris’ sister (yes, she has one!) clearly thinks there is a character-limit on letters because that letter? It’s verbatim from the session. I didn’t summarise it. 4. The people on the last page is Tim’s Empress, Kedhali, whom we rescued, and her royal advisor in exile, Terhynn.
