I really like the gong-like instrument(s?) used in the beginning of Arlecchino's boss theme at around 0:15, in Ena's entry sound in the Simulated Universe (at 0:31 in this video), and more recently in the sound when Prometheus is defeated in Hades 2 (at 3:43 in this video). I'm not sure if it's the same instrument or different ones, but it sounds like metal being clanged and it's so satisfying to listen to.
