Generally i think the assumption is that each Nightmare Time ep is its own alternate universe, but the homeless man is in TGWDLM and Black Friday (and alive prior to the apotheosis and Wiggly), which implies that while Emma and Paul are not an android and clone in those alternate universes, but suggests that Tinkie might exist across all alternate universes (possibly due to his specific domain of time and/or the specifics of how the Bastard Box works?)
