Rule 3: tag 11 new people and link them to the post
Rule 4: let them know you tagged them
1. Favourite Band? Ahhh so hard to choose. Arctic Monkeys I think, and Regina Spektor of course.
2. Favourite 3 Films? This changes every day but right now I would say: Rebecca (1940), Reservoir Dogs (1992), and When Harry Met Sally (1989)
3. Can a song be perfect? Yes, I'm listening to a perfect song right now!
4. Dream place to live? I would LOVE to live in a castle. Like, my ultimate fantasy home would be a castle. 5. Favourite Alcoholic Beverage? I'm a rum girl. Or fruity cider, haha. 6. Favourite member of the Beatles? George Harrison. 7. Favourite time of day? 9pm-1am 8. Anime: yay or nay? Mostly nay, but that's just because I've never sufficiently looked into it. 9. Which cartoon character do you relate with the most? Velma, from Scooby Doo. Favourite character from my childhood.
10. Dream job? I'd love to be a screenwriter.
11. Is Tumblr the best or the worst? I think it's kind of both simultaneously! Okay, questions for the people I've tagged: 1) What was the last film you saw at the cinema? 2) Favourite play? 3) Do you have any weird scars or birth marks? 4) What colour are your eyes? 5) Three of your favourite blogs? 6) If you had to give up chocolate or cheese, which would you choose? 7) Are you more of a morning person or a night owl? 8) Tea or coffee? 9) Earliest memory? 10) If you could recommend one TV show to anyone, what would it be? 11) Would you rather be able to fly, or become invisible at will? Hey, your turn! 14, 16, 26, 27, 72, 87, 92 and did you get my last ask to do the last set of q's?
14. If you are outside, what are you most likely doing?
Walking, probably
16. Favorite band?
Belle and Sebastian!
26. Are you happy with the person you've become?
I think questions like these are always kind of hard to answer, because I think to a certain extent we're always "becoming," but I'm always trying to be someone I can be happy with. Not that I don't struggle a lot with that at times, but I do feel like I'm always trying.
27. What's a sound you hate; a sound you love?
I hate the sound of alarm clocks..not that I can think of anyone that would like them, haha. I also don't like the sound of sirens, because there's always something scary and sad about them.
I don't know if it counts as a specific sound, but I really like hearing the voices of people I care about, especially when I hear them from a distance and recognize them and know that they're near. It's kind of a private comfort, in a way. Also, I've always really liked the sound of church bells, I just find them very peaceful.
72. You are at the doctor’s office and she has just informed you that you have approximately one month to live. a) Do you tell anyone/everyone you are going to die? b) What do you do with your remaining days? c) Would you be afraid?
Questions like this really scare me because I tend to think to much about anything and everything. I know I definitely wouldn't tell everyone, but I would probably at least tell my immediate family (I don't think I couldn't), and maybe some others. When I think about situations like this I sometimes imagine writing people lots of letters--a combination of all of the things I'd always wanted to say, and just letting them know they were loved. But I think I'd like to see people, too--I think people need that. I guess the short answer is that I'd be afraid in different ways.
87. What is your current desktop picture?
It's a picture of a sculpture of a face on its side in a park.
92. You can re-live any point of time in your life. The time-span can only be a half-hour, though. What half-hour of your past would you like to experience again?
Ahhhhhh. I think it would just be one of those moments were things just feel happy and not-lonely and I don't know. I'm failing at describing things tonight.
And no! :( I don't think I did but you can send them again and/or any other random question in the service of procrastination :) haha
