Indie Workshops:  Tin Pan South 🤠

Hey everyone! As you know, here at Heart of Indie we want to give all the best resources for all the indie artists out there. Whether it's tips of getting out of writers block or the best way to promote your music, we want to help you on your musical journey!

As an indie artist myself, one of my favorite ways to learn more about songwriting is by going to the Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival! It’s technically not a writers workshop, but definitely going is so inspiring. Seeing songwriters who have written some of my favorite songs performing them right in front of me in the most personal and intimate way. Telling me the inspiration behind each song and playing it only on a guitar. It literally feels like I am listening to them sing the song for the first time. 

Tin Pan South takes place every year in Nashville, TN. For 5 days you can go to various venues throughout Music City and see songwriters like Rhett Akins, Ashley Gorley, Carly Pierce, and so many more. This year the festival will be held March 29th -April 2nd. Be sure to grab your tickets early cause they sell fast!
