1mm hook and #30 crochet thread to put ruffles on this capw. You double over two rows to make rhe ruffle base, and it takes some time. I am doing the first row of every ruffle in one go because you have to skip every 15th space. The rest of the time you just work even. Once all the first rows are done, I can just knock out all the ruffles at once without having to do the decrease row.

Ask me the link if needed. Ask me all over again if you want. But it could be fun to finish it this year lol
