Aziraphale would totally install one of those tiny libraries outside his shop door because the community provides the books, not him, and it satisfies a shopper's desire to walk away from his personal space with a book, which means fewer sales for him, and they can dispose of an unwanted book that, who knows, might even be valuable. Everybody is happy with the arrangement.
Until his shop goes viral online for doing something cute, and then there are more customers than ever, there is a line wrapped around to get in, and he doesn’t have a moment's peace anymore. Oops.
