Where it matters
Warnings: chasing, flashbacks, Hurt/Comfort, implied abuse, implied abuse of power etc.
"Oh Quackity~" The Piglin Hybrid sniffed around as he stepped over the hill Quackity was on.
The earth trembled as the duck hybrid ran, greedily taking in air as he ran and spoke, "Y-Yes Techno ole buddy?!"
Maybe it was the exhaustion covering his fear, otherwise the chase would have stopped.
"Do you know how predators of old hunted their prey?" There was the soothing and nerve wrecking tilt in his voice, "They walk behind their prey until they grow tired."
Normally this would be fine, they play cat and mouse all the time. Today was a bad day and Quackity didn't want to ruin the fun.
Quackity knew Technoblade wouldn't hurt him, but the flashbacks were a bit strong. His body froze as a shadow loomed over him.
"Are you feeling tired Quackity?" The duck hybrid whimpered as warm hooves wrapped around him and suddenly he was on a past server the giants there were terrible and he couldn't ESCAPE…
"Quackity!" Suddenly he was back, he was safe, he was back on Dream's server.
The duck hybrid looked up to see Sapnap staring at him, tears flooded his eyes and he cried.

Technoblade never felt more guilty in his life, he should have recognized the discomfort from his little friend.
When the smaller hybrid started hyperventilating, he didn't hesitate to call Sapnap over to them. He moved away from the two and watched.
More guilt gnawing at him as Quackity cried.
"Techno?" Something light landed on his shoulder.
"Phil, I messed up." Techno mumbled to his friend, he could hear the flapping before seeing the older blond land on his snout.
"What happened?"
"I was chasing him the same as always, and when I caught him he was panicking. I tried talking to him, but I went and called Sapnap. I didn't mean to scare him." Techno grumbled sadly.
The giant slowly made his way home where he was immediately forced into nest mode by the runts of the family…and Phil.
He'll think about apology gifts tomorrow, right now his pack is taking care of him.

Quackity was taken home, Karl was thankfully in his library as Sapnap carried him to the comfort pillow.
"Now, what's all this about sunshine?" Sapnap held him close as he shivered.
"I might've been having moments where I'm back on past servers, I assume it wouldn't affect me much so we can play cat and mouse, I guess I didn't completely get over it." Quackity actually looked heartbroken, "I know he didn't mean to set me off, but I'm…nervous."
Sapnap nods, "He is the most intimidating giant here, and you are still learning boundaries. Do you want me to message him that you don't hate him and need space?"
"And I want Karl…please." With that, the duo was joined by their giant husband and stayed cuddled up all night.
