Daniel pressed on the remote and scrolled through the channels on the TV and suddenly got curious with a a documentary of what a female body goes through in pregnancy as well as the child birth experience, since Dakota is soon going to experience that and so wanted some information too. Setting the remote down, he sat with his knees splayed as he folded his arms across his chest. As it soon got graphical, his face slightly scrunched up, thinking of how much pain it would be and how scary it actually all is. “Maybe… I should’ve just waited for the real thing.” He said uncomfortably before getting up and switching the television off before going to the garden, “I knew my gut feeling was correct to take a swim rather than watch some TV.”

Since becoming a mom, time is basically a fleeting concept. Mama doesn’t get sleep. All of my time goes towards my little angel, although I’m not complaining. I have, however, delved into the unknown of changing diapers, erratic feedings,  and discovering random medicine I had never even heard of before joining the mom club. Thank God I was on a show for seven years that has been my how-to guide on pulling all nighters and becoming unfazed by it.

“I was walking through Target this morning and was going down the baby isle just getting some stuff I will need for when little one decides to join us , and this older lady stopped me and says ‘Oh,honey you’re way to young to be having a child, have you thought of adoption?’’ with the most dead ass serious face and voice. I’ve never been so dumbfounded by someone.

Why is it, when they tell us to take five, and i head back to my trailer and i end up napping for at least a half hour - and no one got me.

I don’t think anything can really prepare you for having kids. Like you can babysit all you want to, watch them all you want to, but in the end you’re always going to give the child back to their parents when they cry or are upset. But when they’re yours... well. That’s when it pretty much expires, right?

Sometimes a three hour nap turns into an all day nap and before you know it you’ve screwed your sleep cycle up. I’m definitely going to have to reevaluate my life choices.
