ok guys, we're all in this together today. sourdough attempt number 2 from a home made starter. this is stage one, it's called the sponge. it's where all the natural yeasties I've been growing in the starter make friends with the water and the flour and the glutens. hopefully, by early this afternoon it will have risen to about double. I'm sort of set it and forgetting it while I go about my day, cuz otherwise I ain't got the patuence. we'll see!!!! #foodybooty #sassybaker #tinycookingshow #sassydomesticgoddess #kitchenmagic
