HE'S HERE!!! HIS #2.0 DESIGN IS DONE AND I AM HAPPY WITH IT EHEHEHEHEHE!!! So, here we have Clayton: the brawn and inventor of the group with Quinn and Noah!! I originally gave him Quinn's color scheme since in one of Quinn's design Quinn used to be blue- Now Clayton is orange since I almost have the whole rainbow!! Funny how that works!!
ANYWHO- Then I was gonna make him a goat til I saw a movie; Death of A Unicorn [If I find out AI was used in that movie Imma be so mad omfg] and the designs of the unicorn in that movie just struck a cord with me and I had to, HAD TO- Make Clayton a unicorn like creature. Not exactly centaur like, or animal-ish, because- HA!!! Raymond is gonna be the little FREAK whose gonna hurt my hand with the limbs and creepy crawly oof- limbs... BUT WILL BE WORTH IT!!! Also, Clayton, may or maaaay not have a little crush on a certain little potion maker hehehehe...
So, seeing how things are going on Instagram/Meta- I'll be more active on here art wise and such while keeping in touch with my friends on that app through chats!! I'll at least try to post once a month here or draw once a month!! It's a new years resolution!! One of them is at least!!

I was pondering on The Dentist's wife when it hit me like a flight train: my adoring Eleanor whose been in the vault and stuck in a bunch of dancing W.I.Ps!! This is her old reference; almost a year old thus think of it as a Pre-Murkoff in a sense while I work on her Outlast Version now
But she is literally his perfect version of a wife and I can't quite think of anything else, even more so since she is crafted for around the time period; just different setting- She can't escape the horrors-
And thus, his art piece is finally done!! The Dentist now has a look, yet still lacks a proper name, but that's fine for the most part considering Uncles are hardly ever called by name- If anything maybe I can tie that in to maybe he only reveals it to those he holds close, which is gonna be very few... Anywho, if one does have a name suggestion for him: I'm all ears!!
And yeah, that bride thing is very Eddie Gluskin of him, but eeeeh- He's not altering to fit them into his "ideal type"; plus Eddie was more so changing people to end them to fit his M.O. The Dentist is going to be more of... How do I word this; prowling? Yeah. That fits, prowling about, he's not exactly the strongest: his trial has LOTS of booby traps

He doesn't have a name yet nor do I know exactly what to do with him per say, he was just a spur of the moment thing since I heard voice lines from the game and was like "HELLOOO???" and immediately fell into a rabbit hole!! If you have a name idea for him, please let me know!! Names are the hardest thing for me ngl...
The Dentist is OBSESSED with perfection, cleanliness, and order: it's a result of his upbringing where his father kept trying to make him perfect like his older brother, but humans just aren't made to be perfect- Or so some claim...
He does view at leat one thing that can be perfected: TEETH!!!! You can straighten them, take out the rot, make them sparkle, fit them to your absolute desire!!! Absolute perfection!!
The perfect way to go out is with a smile on your face; at least in his books it is!! Often using far too much laughing gas on his patients Pre-Murkoff, writing it off as they had a mishap reaction to the nitrous oxide while later collecting their jaws or skull to keep their teeth in perfect conditions!!
I imagine he's trying to form a nuclear family of sorts to try to live up to his father expectations still; has 3 'assistants' [this is a nod to Little Shop of Horrors], cause the other Prime Assets are just too imperfect and clash with his personality; and with Reagents... Well it depends
With Reagents younger then him, he's a bit more 'kind'; male Reagents older then him- He's violent and cruel; and female Reagents older then him, he's just indifferent; THIS IS SUBJECTIVE TO CHANGE!! Possibly-
Him and Mother Gooseberry DO NOT get along at all!!!! Like the Doctor Futterman personality sees him as competition cause dental business, while Mother Gooseberry... She probably just won't like dentists due to how her father was...

So, for the most part my OC's either pop into existence with a thought, from trains of thoughts while talking with friends, or from some media I'm consuming
In the case of my TWST blorbo's; each one was different??? Kind of??- Yuuga was because I needed to place someone into MC's role and she grew as a character; her main inspiration I would say is an old OC I made in like 2016??? Since I kind of plucked them up and wiggled them about to recase into Yuuga and Yuuga's grandmother is Twisted from Zara[?] from the Disney Wii game
Sinclair is Twisted from a fusion of the bad guys from Atlantis and because I wanted to see a beastman in Octo Dorm since the game is always like "Not all beastman are in Savana and not all fae are in Diasomnia"- Like okay, then show it. Don't just tell us that; show it. So he's also inspired by spite, which is probably why he's so sassy; his sibling is sassy too, whose also a beastman whose in Hearts
Brixton is Twisted from that bad guy from Artistocats and a fusion of Ruggie and Vil adopt that I got; made them an idol cause they just had those vibes and made them as Sinclair's sibling
Silvanus was Twisted from the lava titain from Hercules and because I wanted someone energetic into Ignihyde as well as extroverted; most of these guys are me playing on tropes that are placed on a dorm
Charm is the newest one and doesn't even have a proper name; he's a half fae whose in Pomefiore and twisted from Prince Charming from Shrek- guy's a boy failure and HATES Sebek with everything he's got and this dude was inspired by a really stupid post I saw. Also making him Yuuga's best friend hehehe
Okay: time to yap in depth about the concept that's been swirling in my head for years, since I talked about it a little bit in an ask, but I don't think I can sleep til it's OUT
What I'm thinking about for this group is made from stone or glass, basically materials that can crumble made to look human and serve humans and they're named after The Virtures and they stick to that concept to ALMOST strict regimens
Like, other emotions and concepts are foreign to them because they are not human and unlike Al, they do not have a soul; they have a core instead, that works like a "soul" and if it's destroyed then it's how they truly "die"
And they don't eat, they don't sleep, they don't cry, all while this core can be moved to something else if their vessel gets too damaged even though that stone is like REALLY STURDY!! Like, it's built outta strong stuff, since they're built as weapons basically and tools. Just don't put them in water; they can't swim and WILL sink.
The Seven of them are basically grappling with humanity and what it means to live and they don't view each other as family unlike the homunculi. More like a forged group that it's them against the world and they MUST follow their mission to protect humanity
Gonna bonk them all on the same canvas to not separate them, because they are to NOT be separated in the first place!! Also gotta get to drawing them in the first place
Thus, the laying down redraw has been completed for this year in which Eleanor found out Jackal likes chin scritches!!! How?? Dunno, maybe Benny- Got a bit stuck on the background, so decided to nod to the first laying down drawing that had the two in the void but with a splash of color for the shading and lighting!!
While drawing, the song 'Never My Time by Halfy & Winks' came on and it immediately made me think of Not Dead Yet as well as these two goobers somehow, more so of Eleanor on a stage but she'd sing while laying down and petting someone's head or comforting someone!! She's an affectionate, extroverted woman after all, less boundaries been set!!
