This poptail is tropical and refreshing, with tastes of pineapple, coconut, blue curaao, and a little fizz from lemon-lime soda. Perfect for any Tip Junkie event!
Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple juice. 1/2 cup coconut rum. 1/4 cup blue curaao. 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda. 1 cup ice cubes. Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish.
Instructions: Put ice cubes, pineapple juice, coconut rum, blue curaao, and lemon-lime soda in a blender. Mix until it's smooth and slushy. Put into glasses. Add maraschino cherries and pineapple slices as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
