Trying a new tipple tonight because why not? It’s a good tipple too. Extraordinarily pale in colour and perhaps because I’ve been mostly quaffing red this lockdown is why it tastes so wonderfully refreshing. Drinking it is also doing good because @tippingpointwines support a range of not for profits including Te Tira Whakamataki to protect the whenua and wai. It’s a nice collab between @albrownchef & Constellation Wines. This one is the Common Good Field Blend of chardonnay, pinot gris, gewürztraminer and sauvignon blanc. It’s a soft-style sauvignon that’s very quaffable. Other grape variety styles support different not for profits like @seacleaners 👍🍷The bottle is pretty cool too though it doesn’t fit in the fridge door. Never mind, we’ll just have to drink it all.
