Tips for everyone, from someone who's got a lot of Mercy playtime: prioritize your life over everyone else. Is Genji bothering you? Murder him with your tic-tac shooter. It just takes practice. When healing, stay back. Your beam has more range than you think; use that to your advantage. That way, if your team's wiped, you have a better chance of getting away. Learn to hide better. Hide behind walls, or crouch behind an object (like a table). People's tunnel vision is ridiculous sometimes. ;)
