Our #TipsyMM winner is our friend Lauren Wireman of @WildFlowersNails. These are the nails she's sporting for #PremiereOrlando. She said she used Presto's black art gel to hand-paint the shatter design and then pressed in pieces of chunky holographic glitter into the gel and cured.
