Today is an occasion. I had a chance to take photos of menus that are usually hard to be captured during the busy hours. The first pic you see is how we boil the pork blood pudding soup in the early morning. You can see a lot pf bubble rising on the top. You might not touch it because it is too hot!
Here are the fried side dishes which I usually finish around 6:30 am. But today, I could finish it all before 6am! It’s a new statistics! Which one you like to taste the most? I recommend the pieces of fried minced pork. One kid once told her mother, who is a customer of us, that its piece is resemble to that of a piece of meat between the two slices of hamburger bread 🍔
They will sometimes be out of stock before 9.00 am.
This is one of my favorite soup! I love the tofus! I also get healthy from eating all those veggies. It is a healthy menu especially for those who want to lose their weights. You can eat it without a plate of rice and you will still be full in that meal.
On the left side is a popular menu in among both Thai natives and foreigners. It’s called “Pad Kra Pao” or in this specific picture, “Pad Kra Pao Moo Sap”. You often see it in a dish or a plate of rice with a fried egg or an omelette. While on the opposite is called “Tom Yum” not with “Kung” but with some amount of pork ribs. I took it home for dinner.
Before I wrap it up, these three dogs are also my companion while I am working here. On the left is a male and the other two is female. They are adorable. I see them and the rest of their members every day!
