Deadly Decadence got some big design changes. I knew the Titan was going to be in as a boss you’ll have to escape from, but look at the secret room where the Watchers are made. Instead of black statues there’s now what may be newly made Watchers around the boiling pot. The swinging axes have a different design too.
I guess Stone Watchers just don’t exist anymore. Maybe they were destroyed...
