I created these title images as my second Typography assessment for my Bachelor of Graphic Design, using a mixture of references for the names of each subject. The assignment asked us to make a title for a movie, a toy and a game;
“Hacked” is a new (made up) horror film set in a sleepy northern town, in early nineties America. Basically everyone is afraid of the internet..
“Lisa Lionheart” is a reference to the Season 5 episode of The Simpsons called Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy. I wanted the aesthetics of the title to fit Lisa’s design and inspirations for her doll, but also look like something that you’d find on it’s packaging, if it were marketed today.
“Love on the Rocks” is a (made up, unfortunately) VR Bartending Sim with a Kissing-based Reward System. The idea was gloriously birthed into existence by Griffin McElroy & Nick Robinson during their Podcast; Cool Games Inc. (Link has NSFW Language, kids.)
The fonts have all been sourced from dafonts.com & the images have been sourced from various free image sites. If anyone is curious about a certain font, I can check what it is for you and post it up; I just haven’t the energy right now.

The Conversation - Title graphics
Created graphics and music for one of my favorite movies.
Red Bull Kluge
While it's always a treat to see how creative teams treat the concept of the Rube Goldberg machine, some executions are wilder than others, and this has to be the wildest one I've seen yet.
Leave it to Red Bull to create a highly charged, beautifully shot, piece of action. The graceful, swooping angles and slick title graphics seal it for me, proving that a fresh take on a familiar concept makes sure that the Kluge never gets old.

I collaborated with my friend Stefan Darque in making this skateboarding video. He filmed and edited it all; I hand rendered (and touched up in Photoshop) all of the title graphics. This was a really fun project for me, as hand-drawn type is one of my favourite things to do within graphic design.
