#latepost 106 degree weather got me sweatin' and turnin' bright red. Got a 4.4 mile walk in + #TIUBobbyCall to round out the morning! And jumping back in with that workout made me feeling like Gumby too! 🤣🤣🤣 So glad to be back in the swing of things. Oh how I've missed this community. Meals stayed on point for most of the day until I ate a few spoonfuls of Lucky Charms from the #TIUhubby. I hope you babes had a wonderful Monday! ✌🏼 See y'all in the morning! Babes!!! Our holiday continues!!! The #TIUhubby and I are finishing our holiday in Santorini for our 10 year anniversary and I feel so blessed to be back. We were here for our honeymoon and we promised each other we would be back to celebrate our 10th anniversary...so to be back here 10 years wiser; to have 2 beautiful kids who keep us grounded...I feel so humbled and honored to be back. We can't wait to do this again with our kids for our 15 year anniversary. Santorini...we will be back in 5 years...to share your beauty with our kids. 🌊💕🇬🇷🥂 (at Imerovíglion, Kikladhes, Greece)

Happy 4th babes!!! Feeling so grateful to be spending this holiday with the #tiuhubby in beautiful Crete, Greece 🇬🇷. Indulging in a lot of R+R and reconnecting with the hubby and exploring the beach towns of the island. Does sweating because of the humidity count as a BC??? Ok I know it doesn't, but walking through the towns and meeting the friendly people has been such an experience. I'll be getting my workout in tonight when the weather cools down for sure! Happy 🐫 day merbabes! No BC this morning because we headed to the airport at 530am to catch our flight ✈️ to LAX!!! The #TIUkids will be spending a few weeks in SD with family ☀️ and the #TIUhubby and I will start our 10 year anniversary trip in Paris! 🇫🇷 So excited!!!! 😁 (at Oakland International Airport)

Super excited about my blueberry chia muffins! Ladies, this morning started slow. I did not want to get up. At all. But the #TIUhubby nudged me and we got in a PiYo workout together. ☺️ And then muffins. 😋 The recipes from this year's Bikini Series definitely don't disappoint! 👌🏼 Got in a 2 mile hike with a girlfriend at the Arroyo Del Valle Regional Trail. ☀️🚶🏻‍♀️And now I'm completing my day with the daily moves and Sunshine Sculpt from yesterday! *Swoon* I am so in love with the tahini tray dinner! I added some baked chicken for the #TIUhubby and I must say this may be the best chicken I've ever prepared! So juicy and not gummy! 🤣 PMWO was Sandy Sweat HIIT + the daily moves which were killer and got me sweatin'! Those pistol squats are no joke! 🙌🏼 And I'm not going to lie...I snuck in one too many slices of cheese + crackers while prepping dinner. My goal for tomorrow is to have more self-control and stick 100% to the plan. My future abs will thank me for sure. 😜 M2: chia pudding with coconut + cacao nibs M3: spicy chicken tacos filled with cabbage + romaine on corn tortillas M4: red peppers with hummus M5: tahini tray dinner topped with baked chicken + the stinkin' cheese and crackers. Hope you babes had a wonderful Tuesday!!! 😘😘😘

Happy 🐫 day lovelies! BC was some PiYo love with the #TIUhubby. Fueled my body with a chocolate banana smoothie & an ACV mocktail. 😋 Meals stayed on point until I took a bite out of my #TIUkid's chicken tender. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But no worries! I did some squats and lunges to make up for that slip up. 😬 I swear it jumped up and attached to my teeth. And finishing off the day by reading my nutrition plan to prep for the #TIUBikiniSeries!!! 😊💕👙Nighty night babes! 😘
