It didn't hurt that Theo was meeting him, things had been a bit estranged between them ever since Rachel and Theo had ended. He'd been jealous of course, even without his emotions he had felt connected to the werewolf. Part of him of course felt bad for the man's situation, but for the most part he wanted to spend time with him. The two of them had been friends through his time in the Auror's Office and even afterwards... They slept together before Theo and Rachel got together, but that's a thought that Kurt had always done his best to avoid. The feelings associated with the memory had a knack for throwing him off and it was probably best for everyone if the two of them stayed friends. 

Kurt arrived first and stood at the entrance of Duncan's waiting for Theo, he thought about the last time he tried to change a friendship to a relationship with Dave and how badly that had ended. This was good, being friends with Theo would be easy, Quinn always made Kurt think of Dave and Theo never tried to spare his feelings. Something that the former Auror had always appreciated.

Hey Theo, 

So by the time you see this it will have already been your birthday and I do apologize if seeing a house elf in your room creeps you how. Anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY. It's so good to have you home and by now you will know how much I missed you. I'm guessing my other letter's to you have gone astray somewhere but I don't care because your back with us now.

It's only been two and I miss you. It's weird we've gone for weeks not speaking to each other and I've not missed you but now. I don't know why but I miss you. You better get back here soon. It's probably because we're closer now than we have been for a really long time.

Daddy is trying to tell me that your this awful guy but I don't think that. I do think that you a total idiot for snooping into something that didn't need to snooped in, brother. Why did you do whatever you did?

THEO MOTTA! I'M GOING TO HEX YOU INTO NEXT WEEK WHEN I SEE YOU. HOW YOU EVEN THINK OF DOING SOMETHING SO STUPID! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU. You've just gone and ruined yourself. You've never going to be able to get any kind of work ever again. Did you even think when you did whatever you did. I swear if this is due to Berry's influence i'm gonna curse her into next week as well and I don't care if she's pregnant.
