Ford Worker Suspended After Calling Trump 'Pedophile Protector' During Michigan Tour
During Tuesday’s tour at Ford’s River Rouge Complex in Dearborn, 40-year-old UAW worker TJ Sabula yelled ‘pedophile protector’ at Trump, citing the delayed release of Jeffrey Epstein files despite a bipartisan law. Trump responded by mouthing an expletive and raising his middle finger, as captured in cellphone video. Ford suspended Sabula pending investigation; he stands by his words with no…
Trump had given the worker the middle finger and mouthed the words "f**k you."
Dave Jamieson at HuffPost:
The Ford worker who called Donald Trump a “pedophile protector” while the president toured a Michigan auto factory last month still has his job and no discipline on his record, an official with the United Auto Workers union said Monday. The incident became national news because Trump responded to the worker, TJ Sabula, by giving him the middle finger and mouthing the words “fuck you,” according to video at the time. Ford suspended Sabula over his heckling.
UAW Vice President Laura Dickerson said in a speech Monday at the union’s conference in Washington, D.C., that the UAW would continue to support Sabula. “TJ has got his job. And, more importantly, TJ has no discipline on his record,” Dickerson said, prompting “UAW” chants. She added, “As UAW members, we speak truth to power. We don’t just protect rights ― we exercise them.” [...] Sabula’s taunt was an obvious reference to Trump’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier and sex offender who took his own life in prison in 2019. Trump had palled around with Epstein in New York City and once told a reporter that Epstein was a “terrific guy” who liked women “on the younger side.” After he was suspended, Sabula told The Washington Post he had “no regrets” over his run-in with the president.
TJ Sabula, the American hero Ford worker who called Donald Trump a “pedophile protector”, still has his job (for now).

To the White House, a now-suspended Ford Motor Co. worker who heckled President Donald Trump during a Detroit-area factory visit Tuesday is "a lunatic." To others, including thousands who have donated to him since, he's a "hero" and "patriot."
Video first reported by TMZ and confirmed as authentic by the White House shows someone at Dearborn Truck yelling "pedophile protector" at Trump, who seemingly mouthed back an expletive and flipped his middle finger in the shouter's direction.
“A lunatic was wildly screaming expletives in a complete fit of rage, and the President gave an appropriate and unambiguous response,” White House communications director Steven Cheung said in a statement to the Washington Post.
Dearborn Truck Plant line worker TJ Sabula told the Post he was the one who shouted at the president during the tour and said he has no regrets, although he's worried about his job after being suspended. More than $530,000 had been raised through two online fundraisers for Sabula — a GoFundMe titled "TJ Sabula is a patriot!! and another headlined Support Ford Worker TJ Sabula during suspension — as of Wednesday afternoon.
Donald Trump has always claimed to be a champion of the working class. But as soon as a blue-collar worker
The president was shouted at by union worker TJ Sabula during a visit to the Ford factory in Dearborn, Michigan
Mike Bedigan and Rachel Dobkin at The Independent:
Donald Trump appeared to mouth an expletive and stick up his middle finger after being heckled at an automotive plant in Michigan. In a video obtained Tuesday by TMZ, the president was accosted by the off-camera heckler at the Ford factory in Dearborn, who can be heard calling him a “pedophile protector” – in apparent reference to the administration’s handling of the Epstein files. Trump seemingly mouths “f*** you” back at the worker before walking off, waving and smiling.
The heckler has been identified by The Washington Post as TJ Sabula, a 40-year-old line worker at the factory. He is a member of the United Auto Workers Local 600 in Dearborn. Sabula told the publication, “As far as calling him out, definitely no regrets whatsoever,” even though he said he’s been suspended from his job pending an investigation into the matter. The worker claims he has been “targeted for political retribution” for “embarrassing Trump in front of his friends.” White House director of communications Steven Cheung said the president’s reaction was “appropriate.” “A lunatic was wildly screaming expletives in a complete fit of rage, and the President gave an appropriate and unambiguous response,” Cheung told The Independent in a statement. [...] The criticism of Trump as a “pedophile protector” comes after the administration and the Department of Justice continue to deal with the fallout from the president’s alleged ties to Jeffrey Epstein – the disgraced financier.
American patriot TJ Sabula told the truth about pedo-coddler Donald Trump by calling him a “pedophile protector”, and Trump flipped him off.
Sabula was suspended by Ford for that truthful outburst.
