Oh thank you for the swirlies! And yes, they are but they're both a little cautious. After all, Gemini did warn both Monty and Earth that, due to how her powers work and the training requirements for her powers, they wouldn't be together nearly as much and on occasion be long distance due to her having to train on other planets, the relationship may not hold up for too long. Lunar is also wary of this relationship mainly because he did the same thing, dated an astral knowing they didn't experience emotions the same way he did (not regarding his brief use of NSP as a factor as well) which inevitably led to a somewhat messy breakup. But yes in short they are still dating, there's just a lot that could potentially break them apart, since Monty is still a regular earthling after all

I suffer from writers block, and while I'm working on the asks, is there anything you guys would wanna see? Superficially for Twisted Brotherhood? I'm genuinely so proud of the au and a little obsessed with it lol. But yeah, if there's anything you guys would wanna see I'd be glad to write out a fic or two
I think I finally have it done, here's the master list for the Twisted Brotherhood AU, it can and will be added upon or changed. And speaking of, if there's anything you think I should add, remove or change let me know, I'd love to hear opinions about it. This au is probably my top favorite au I've ever made for anything, and I'm really pretty proud of this one. I hope you guys enjoy it as well! Twisted Brotherhood: A TSAMS/TLAES AU
Main Characters involved:

Basic Starting Info:
• Sun (from the original SAMS dimension) is the main target of Nexus and his little group for his Wither Shard abilities. Gains group is trying to protect him (maybe less protect to some of them, make Nexus lose out of spite or pettiness)
• Antumbra and Nexus revive Apollo, immediately infused with Negative Star Power thanks to both being rebuilt in Soltices dimension
• Antumbra, Soleil, Nexus, Equinox(?) Have their own group. Gaia, Cosmos, Erythros and Sanguine, Deimos, Blackout and Grimm have their own group against Nexus
• Antumbra turned when he decided to leave with Nexus
• “I’m Not Me” and “A Familiar Safe Haven” are canon to the au as well as any future fics written for the au (may have a few exceptions, will try to remember to label what is or isn’t canon, “Rekindling With A Spark” and “What Do You Think Of Me Now?” are not canon to the AU)
Origins/Backstories:
• Starts with Solar leaving with Nexus, taking the shards Moon and Sun had found with them. The shards (one of which was given to Solar to help him withstand and absorb and use the new dimension’s NSP/Dark Star Energy- he wears the crystal fixed into the back of one of his work gloves, Nexus has his in the fur of the tip of his hat). Following his leave Solar changed his name to Antumbra and rebuilt his Sun, now named Apollo. Eventually Antumbra tried reviving his Moon, now named Deimos, as well but something went wrong (Nexus figured Deimos somehow regained/retained his memories of Solar and that he hated him- even Apollo couldn’t convince him to stay) so he left and eventually joined Gaia and Cosmos.
• Gaia leaves when her system overrides and takes her to her father with star power she absorbed mostly from being around Lunar, a majority of it built up from the barely missed attack from Nexus. When she returned to him, however, she was able to harness her energy and kill the Creator, leaving everything behind afterwards.
• Lunar was next due to his encounter with rez. Due to having positive star power throughout his body it took a little longer than expected for them to be infected. When it did finally take hold, he behaved differently. When Gemini heard of this they went to investigate, and Lunar tried to kill them. This caused them to lock Lunar in a special compound that was incredibly if not impossibly hard to break out of. They were working with Taurus and Libra to try and find a cure for Lunar when Gaia came along to break him out and take him with her.
• Erythros went rogue after Stitchwraith was killed, leaving corpses in their wake yet no trace of where they were heading, only where they’d been. When Frank separated them and they discovered and started using star power their murdering doubled. It all came to a head when Stitchwraiths spirit came along to complete unfinished business, one last act of spite and vengeance. Sanguine (V1 Bloodmoon) tried to attack and failed,denial he just accepted it as his twin being back where he belongs in his head. Gaia eventually found them, and despite their previous encounters Gaia allowed them to stay as their group. They accepted, but only because they would be able to still be on their own when they weren’t playing guard dog to anyone.
• Eclipse, at first, didn’t go, trying to find a way to bring Earth back to their side. However he caved easily when she came to him and offered him star power again, offered to help him properly harness it this time. Thanks to his previous and current use and exposure to star power and negative energy, it caused his body to mutate in a more drastic way than just his eyes or lines on his body- his legs changed to furry hooves, he grew a second set of arms, as well as a tail and horns curving along his head between his rays.
• Grimm was restored by Deimos, breaking him from his previous life as a goody two shoes, reactivating the killer in him. His knowledge of star power made it fairly easy for him to grasp and use it for himself. Most of his time is spent with Erythros, Blackout, Deimos, Soleil, and Cosmos. He’s also become rather protective of Gaia (he spends time with her, almost taking a fatherly role for her, Erythros and Blackout)
Weapons/Abilities/Roles
• Soleil uses magic infused star power, tends to hang in the back lines making plans, uses a magic enhanced scythe.
• Deimos does some dirty work hunting with the others, hangs back sometimes with Soleil making plans or working on tech, uses a magic and negative star power infused Warhammer (Shao Khan style).
• Blackout works closely with Gaia and Cosmos, acting as a sort of general, giving orders and going out to hunt or work plans with Soleil and Deimos, uses a negative star power infused sword.
• Gaia is the main leader of the group with Cosmos and Grimm, top in command of their “family”(in the same way mafia members will call each other a family despite having no relation), still somehow the nicest of the bunch, uses a magic infused crossbow.
• Cosmos is the second in command to Gaia,
her right hand man, he’s a bit iffy working with Blackout and Erythros but can work with them if needed. Uses star power and a magic infused battle axe.
• Erythros is like a lone officer and bodyguard/feral guard dogunless he has to work with others. Closest to Grimm and Cosmos, uses Star Power and enhanced claw braces.
• Grimm tends to stalk and hunt but not kill unless ordered to, plays guard dog with Erythros, uses an enhanced scythe.
• Antumbra hangs back doing mechanic and repair work, stays with Nexus and Apollo most of the time, uses a star power infused mini laser cannon (mounted in his arm)
• Apollo stays with Antumbra most of the time, helps make plans or carry out some repair work, uses a simple pair daggers and pistols.

• Soleil went rogue due to his exposure, use and encounters with the Wither Shards, Star Power, and Solstices’ Dragon which he had a strange connection to.
• Psychological, mental or emotional distress can and will make it easier for the Negative Star Power/Wither Shard Energy to infect/take over easier.
• When Apollo, Soleil, or even Antumbra, Solstice or Blackout get overly anxious or shaking they clench their fists together as tight as possible to stop or lessen the trembling. Deimos and Nexus have been able to pick up on this (Blackout will deny it till the day he permanently dies; this habit is also common across every dimensional Sun or Eclips3, though some deny it under “I don’t ever get anxious/scared”)
• Another habit across Suns and Eclipses is when they get too or highly distressed (such as a panic/anxiety attack) they grab and pull their rays like hair. They can and have managed to break or crack their rays doing this due to their robot grip strength (or if they have it) occasionally let off small but powerful bursts of magic thanks to their less stable mental or emotional state.
• Both Suns, Moons, Eclipses, and Lunar have a tendency to dance out emotions (Soleil and Apollo dance out sadness and anger (in that order), Nexus and Blackout anger, Lunar frustration, and Deimos dances out everything that isn't some form of happiness or satisfaction). Soleil will dance with his partners if he isn't feeling too low, will dance alone if he’s too low, Apollo will dance with Nexus or Solar, Lunar with Gaia, Nexus either alone or with Solar, Blackout by himself (he will heavily deny ever dancing at all for any reason but especially to regulate his emotions), Antumbra dances alone or with Nexus, Deimos will dance alone or with Soleil or Grimm
