ok so Thorne and Cress visiting Wolf and Scarlet all the time because theyre the only four people in the crew living a "normal life" after the revolution, gimme hc's at the farm



thorne tried to impress everyone with his dry ass american cooking

scar teaches cress how to bake and cook. they bond and try to do complicated designs together

wolf forces thorne to help out with the farm instead of napping in the rampion all day

they all impulsively decide to completely redesign a room in the rampion one day

cress loves handling the animals

thorne is scared of the chickens so scar has to be with him in order to feed him

wolf is the ‘taste-tester’ of scars and cress delicacies

thorne is always appointed to go into the town and get supplies which he hates a lot

thorne buys the best wine so that’s why they send him

one time wolf got drunk and thorne recored wolf being super clingy with scarlet

cress takes so many pictures and has a box full of them

just imagine Cress finding out about Tumblr and just spending her time on Tumblr on the satellite and creating a Thorne blog and years later Thorne finds out about it and they both laugh about it but secretly Cress is like super embarrassed

So I was rereading Scarlet and I noticed something. Sybil says “Jael’s pack has already disbanded, except for the one beta who was found inside the Paris stronghold.”

Beta. Ran was an omega.

Now, Marissa Meyer is human and it could be a mistake. She might have been referring to Ran’s corpse found there. But I don’t think so. Being an omega has been shown to be such a part of Ran’s character that I don’t think she’d just skip over it. It’s possible that Sybil merely didn’t care to remember the difference, but then she would have said ‘operative’ and not mentioned the rank.

Ergo, one of Wolf’s pack was found there. And if we accept this was intentionally mentioned, it was probably foreshadowing – this beta is going to turn up again.

And I’m very interested in this. The fact that Wolf changes sides shouldn’t mean he’s the only one who was ‘special’. The pack might regularly fight for dominance, but I think at some point they have to get along, just because both wolves and humans are social creatures. There’s fourteen in the pack, and presumably they were all forced to get the modifications. Why wouldn’t they sympathise with each other a little, maybe play?

So I just really want to see Wolf interacting with an old ‘friend’. Bonus if once or twice they instinctively compete for position of ‘alpha’ again, but without any real malice.
