I realise that some questions may have popped up in the minds of some of our members when you all watched the video as to why there were some new faces popping up in there. And maybe even why activity has been slacking on the main. While we as admins are still pleased with the general activity of the roleplay, we've definitely noticed that while some days can be incredibly active, others the dash can barely move. To fix this we have been setting up a slight revamp of the roleplay. This includes a complete new blog, theme makeover, bio makeover and slight plot adaptations as well. This isn't quite done yet, but it is definitely an ongoing thing that we've been working on for a few weeks. And we don't have too many things left to do on the new main when eliminating some of the new bios that have yet to be written. 

We would certainly appreciate any help you guys can give us, whether that be ideas to improve the RP or just rewriting your character's bio if it doesn't fit the standard length of three paragraphs. We'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that while this revamp is going on (and I don't think it should take too long, either) that RPing is definitely still allowed to commence. Also if our current members can come to our askbox and let us know that you would like to keep your characters, that would be wonderful. Without this confirmation we may not rewrite the character you play as we will be neglecting to add characters we feel may not be relevant after the revamp.

Tomorrow we will be doing another Activity Check, so make sure all of your characters are active. We have both been busy over the past few days, so this is why it may seem like we've left leeway for you guys too, but know that tomorrow afternoon, any characters who have been inactive for more than 5 days will be reopened without fail. After this we will make any corrections needed to the pairs for the 'trusting campout' event and then the tasks will be sent out to each person in the pair. Tumblr's ask limit may slow this process down but everyone should have one by Tuesday at the latest. If you do not and feel you should, please message the main regarding your concerns. Thank you.

After much consideration, the government have heard the calls and requests from the residents here at Lake Grimstone and as you may have noticed already, have scheduled to make even more changes to the island. With the popular cafe's and restaurants circling the outside world, they did not want you to miss out. There will be numerous places added in the course of the next few days; Starbucks will be one of the few new social locations offered to you all.

In addition to this, while the government hand picks those they feel suit certain roles within the island, such as guard, teacher and nurse, they feel the option of work should be expanded to more. And so there will be more jobs available.

Please if you feel that you would like one of your characters to have a job and get them all the more involved in Lake Grimstone, message the main saying so.

So it seems the government are more than reluctant to allow the details of the body to be released for your viewing. It would definitely not be a pleasure to fill you in on the quick and painless death that the unnamed young man went through. Thankfully though, those are not the details I have to disclose. The death of the deceased was in fact, far from painless and unbelievably far from short. I would give the killer a round of applause if I wasn't so unhappy that he, or she, got there before I had the chance. Nevertheless, such a clean and evidence-less kill deserves acknowledgement. However, disclosure to the identity of the killer will not be something I choose to engage in. Where would be the fun in that?

Thankfully, I can have the pleasure of watching you, more specifically members of the deceased's family break down into little pieces. I can see the scene so clearly even now. Oh how much more delicious this will be in comparison to the horrified faces I can see walking around even now. You must have had some idea of who the body belonged to; the people who have been missing for god knows how long. 

Now I'm getting impatient as I would rather enjoy seeing a scene that some may describe as heartbreaking. The moment that the government has been so very slow in making a reality is finally upon us, my dear residents of Lake Grimstone. The mostly decomposed deceased's body belongs to none other than the not so long ago coma-induced young man himself, Rob Rhodes. What a shame it is that the killer had to get the sane one in the family, wouldn't you say? Nevertheless, perhaps the killer wants a matching set of siblings, wouldn't that be interesting?

The general way to sign off would be to tell you all to "keep safe" but actually I'd be rather against that. How about a little late night walk in the woods for yourself: become the booming news of Lake Grimstone. Be the famous dead body, Rob succeeded, why can't you?

We're undergoing a revamp in terms of the theme and the character graphics. So, if you stumble onto the theme while that's going on, just know that it's a working progress.

Activity Check:

We have currently been letting activity slack to in some cases ridiculous lengths, this is due to the sheer busy atmosphere this time of year brings with it. But the majority of finals/exams are over and we're going to get back to our usual activity checks to assure great activity. If you find that you are still busy with anything, please do contact us and allow us to understand why your activity is dropping and we will place you on a hiatus of some sort.
