then does Error have tape recorders because we the audience expect an "archivist" to have tape recorders??? because that is the story we have been told????

was Error awoken because they simply were an archivist in this universe's Magnus Institute and the only reason they are a monster is because the audience had a preconceived notion about what they would be when alice and sam discovered the archivist plaque in the ruins?????
