Sam is now floating with waves of static coming out of his eyes and mouth, going into The Archivist's mouth.

Shadowy returns?!~😏👌🖤🫣💜✨
Haven't posted in awhile, here's some recent sketches!
I often wonder where exactly did Shadowy Figure "Took over" Professor Venomous.
It is clear that during "Carl" Venomous is never present and who we see is Shadowy pretending to be him.
And in said episode, Shadowy mentions "They made a deal" and also implies that Professor Venomous couldn't resist/stop his greed for power, which led to Shadowy taking control.
But I wonder, was that what happened? It wouldn't surprise me, since it is not out of character for Professor Venomous to try and get more powerful.
But, at the same time, Shadowy is not a reliable source of information and, in that moment, he's trying to keep T.K.O mad, to make him angrier. It would make sense that he was lying.
Did Venomous really tried to control Shadowy Figure, instead of destroying him? Did they really make a deal, was he willing to lose himself in order to give power to something adjacent to him?
Or maybe he didn't even had the chance to resist. Shadowy did tell Fink that he was going to get rid of her boss if she told him about Shadowy. And since "Carl" proved us Shadowy can pretend to be Venomous, couldn't it be that Venomous never "returned to be himself" after Fink and K.O fought Shadowy Figure?
The last scene before T.K.O attacks Fink and Venomous sort of implies he has some sort of awareness of the situation. Though it could also be him taking responsibility for being absent and for creating Shadowy Figure in some way.
Anyways, that is something I like to think about sometimes. Where exactly did Shadowy took control?
