Here are my human designs of N and Preacher for my AU because the brainrot is starting to eat my mind from the inside out again.

N is supposed to give really friendly/nice next-door neighbour vibes. He's the type of guy who goes "Howdy there friend! What a beautiful blessed morning we're having!" But he's the kind of nice where you wonder if he has malicious intentions or not (he does.)

Meanwhile Preacher is an old nun who'll call you "Deary" and offer you sweets and stuff. (She also has malicious intentions.)

Some other info below.

N and Preacher are pretty much always paired together.

One of their jobs in the cult is going door to door in Mandela, showing up outside people's houses, inviting them to St. Gabriel's, sometimes bribing/manipulating people with free things, basically giving you the illusion of choice (once they show up at your door, you're going to the church no matter what.)

At the church N and Preacher are also sort of in charge of getting the more hesitant recruits to fully convert, and their methods are not exactly humane. Some recruits are difficult and require more... intense treatment, occasionally Adam himself has to get involved, but usually the convert ends up opening their eyes. (They've only ever given up on one exceptionally stubborn recruit.)

When there's nothing to do, they mainly just hang around with their fellow culternates, the only thing they have to do is keep an eye on Jonah, just to make sure it doesn't escape again. (Though I will say watching Jonah is a job everyone in the cult has to do.)
