A few of my recent meals/snacks the past several days.
oat meal for breakfast
smoked corn on the cob
homemade tuna sushi
peanut butter puffs w/apple slices
hotdog w/jello cottage cheese
The last couple days of meals.
Dinner yesterday: roasted potaoes, steamed broccoli and Hebrew Nation hotdogs on the Traeger Smoker with SF ketchup and bread.
Also swam laps yesterday and pushed myaelf hard... Burned 400-ish calories
Today: lunch was two scrambled eggs, one slice of toast and a slice apple.
trying to stick with it and keep the momentum going.
Yesterday’s weigh-in = -3.5 lbs.
My lunch this week: Quinoa salad with Roasted chickpeas, cucumber, grape tomatoes, shredded chicken, romaine, 1 oz feta cheese and 30 grams boalthouse dressing of choice each day. serious! so good!
Also, swimming laps for forty minutes twice a week. Building up to 3 then 4 times a week. Today, I pushed hard and am sore but happy.
