I'm back after a very very long hiatus. Where have I been?
well to make a long story short I got betrayed and back stabbed by people who I thought were my close friends. I'm not going to name their names cuz I just want to move on from this BS and go about my life I doubt I have a big enough following for people to start harassing people over me but just in case I'm not going to name any names. But some of them are here on Tumblr and it kind of made me think that Tumblr is not a safe place to be on for a while. But I miss some of the great original TMNT fan iterations that are on this site so I'm slowly going to start coming back.
Basically what happened was these close friends of mine who I thought I could trust turned on me out of the blue. They started accusing me of stuff, horrible things, and made posts and videos about me. I'll admit I'm not a perfect person no one is we all have our issues but they stretch the truth and even straight up light about some things and I don't know why. So after getting called out I changed my name on every platform including this one. And then I just stopped using a lot of them for a long time.
I'm a little scared to be back on here again worried that someone's going to call me out for something my ex friends said about me but hopefully that doesn't happen. I noticed that even though I've been inactive I've still gotten likes on my posts and even some new followers which is surprising to me. So that's some nice encouragement to come back.
Since the time I've been gone I've had suicidal thoughts after my friend group betrayed me and I was wondering what the hell I did wrong. but I made a new friend group since then and I have a girlfriend now so life has definitely gotten better. So now for the reason why I'm here why I decided to come back after all this time.
Before I went on my big hiatus I was working on an iteration of TMNT with this friend group of mine that betrayed me. We would come up with the story together and then they would do the art since I got no art skills beyond tracing. But after them spreading lies about me saying I was going to steal all the credit even though that was never the case I've decided to not seek out help illustrating my fan iteration. Instead it's just going to be a story on Wattpad and maybe another website in the future if I find a better one. And I have created the first two "episodes" and posted them on Wattpad. I shared him around a little on discord I tried to share it on Reddit and Facebook but they're not getting much attention. So I'm hoping that by coming back to here where there's a good following of ninja turtle fans who like fan iterations hopefully it'll get attention here. So if you like my fan iteration and want to help me as a co-writer let me know. Thanks for hanging in there. For those who have been liking my posts about TMNT mythologies I was thinking about abandoning the concept because it wasn't catching on but if more people start liking those maybe I'll keep the idea going. My friend group that backstabbed me said it's too complicated possibly restricts creativity and no one gets it but you so I started to slowly drift away from the idea. But maybe I'll come back to it. And shout out to the creators of TMNT Redline I noticed when I got back on here that they liked one of my posts. Last time I was on here they were Mia for a while I was worried that the comic was canceled and the two creators had a falling out I hope that's not the case I hope they were just on a break cuz I really want redline to continue.
All right that's enough yapping from me I've gone for almost a year maybe two maybe longer I don't remember and then when I come back I'm just talk talk talk XD see y'all later I don't think I'm ever going to finish all the mythologies I had planned cuz I don't even remember what I had in mind for them anymore so what we have now is what we get if anyone is interested in the idea feel free to use the writer's guides as they are intended to be used and have fun with them. Hello everyone this is my Masterpost! I'm still kind of new to this whole Tumblr thing, but I figured out how to make a master post so I'm gonna make one.
Let me explain what these are. These writers guides are blank templates basically for you to create your own iterations based off them.
Basically After hearing people complaining for years about The Next Mutation & 2014 I decided to take a deep dive in for myself and analyze where those two iterations went wrong and why they are so hated. And I figured out where they went wrong and I learned the perfect ways to make a normal TMNT iteration. Then when Rise was announced and they revealed all the controversial changes they were going to make to the team, it got a lot of backlash and I was initially on the oh hell no train, And as the show started airing I was hate watching it, watching it to make fun of it, But after the first few episodes I actually began to like it even though it breaks the rules of being a TMNT iteration. I grew to like the new personalities and I was sad to see them develop out of those by the end of the series and the movie. Despite it breaking the rules of how to make a TMNT iteration the overall writing was pretty good, It had a lot of great character moments, and I loved a lot of the new characters, and despite The Nostalgia Critic saying that in the first episode the four of them and April seemed like five Mikeys, as the episodes went on you could actually start to tell them apart, their personalities became distinct enough that you can tell who is who.
Needless to say the show was amazing, and it was canceled to soon. :( And as people were starting to hate on it I started trying to defend the show and that led to me getting hate because it breaks the rules of what you need to make a TMNT iteration, but It's actually a good show So I tried to defend it.
I initially came up with the categorization of normal TMNT and slightly off TMNT, but I decided to go a little bit more in depth, and I created the categorization of mythologies. Rise almost felt distinct enough that it could be its own franchise with multiple iterations under it just like how TMNT has so many iterations, and that gave me the idea of mythologies, think of it like how taxonomists and biologists classify living things but for worlds/iterations. Now with this concept hopefully people can stop hating on Rise, yeah it may be a bad TMNT Iteration, but now if you look at it as its own thing it's actually pretty good, just consider it another mythology. I actually think every IP should have multiple mythologies just to keep things interesting, I hope other franchises make multiple mythologies.
So now armed with the knowledge of how to create a good normal TMNT iteration and with the knowledge that Rise is good on its own merits, I decided to make a writer's guide for normal TMNT so we don't have another Next Mutation or 2014, and I looked at all the things that made Rise distinct from normal TMNT and what made Rise good and created a writer's guide for that so hopefully one day in the future we can get another iteration of Rise.
But I didn't stop there, armed with the knowledge of how Rise is distinct from normal TMNT, I then understood how to create original mythologies, and I did, and I still currently am at the time of writing this! :D I also wrote a writer's guide for Once Human, which is a fan-made iteration that is distinct enough from both Rise and Normal TMNT that it counts as its own Mythos, I also plan on doing one for Redline in the future, and Colorcoded Maybe.
Now proud of what I made I want to spread them around. And I got the idea that people could make their own iterations using my guides, and I could start a small little community like a subfandom, I tried doing it on Facebook and it didn't take off, so I moved to Tumblr and it's still not taking off at the time of writing this, but hopefully one day in the future it will, I just got to have patience. And maybe one day people will see it as an honor that I want to make a writer's guide for their iteration, if I think their iteration is distinct enough to be its own Mythos. :)
I have a very creative mind and I come up with ideas a lot, but I'm not the best artist. I can't draw digitally and I'm not good with symmetry, usually when I draw characters aren't perfectly symmetrical, like one wrist is thicker than the other, or one arm is shorter than the other, ect. I can't draw anything other than a profile pose I can't do side angles or any other weird pose like that, so the point of this is, I come up with the idea and then other people who see my ideas and like them make art based on my ideas. :)

Now besides me writing these mythologies and writing other posts about stuff if anyone does make any art or their own iterations using my guides I will reblog them here on this blog. And that's basically all this blog is going to be for. If you do create your own iteration using my guides or if you make your own Mythos and create a writer's guide for it I will reblog it here and I will add it to this masterpost! :D Now before you create your own Mythos you should check out the post about how to make a Mythos because if you change the wrong thing then it's basically a in name only iteration or its own IP. Update everyone. You may have noticed that I have removed Unity and Colorcoded from the list of mythologies up there, and I'm going to explain why. Unity, I asked the Creator @lunawoona11 if I could make a writers guide for that and they said not anytime soon it is nowhere near close to even being ready to be released so I just removed it for now and I'll probably put it back on later. Now Colorcoded, after what happened not too long ago with @donagotchi , I don't think @camilieroart got their blog deleted like I thought, I think they may have blocked me. :( Maybe I'm Wrong maybe they did get their account deleted, but it seems like I may have just been blocked because I'm pretty sure that's what donagotchi did to me, I mean he disses me then when I try to show him my response, then all of a sudden when I click on his blog it says this blog doesn't exist, I find it too coincidental to think that his account got deleted not long after I asked him to respond to my response, I think he's just straight up blocked me. :( If @camilieroart did block me then I will take that as a no and I will leave Colorcoded alone, although I was really looking forward to adding it to the mythologies list up there, :( maybe one day in the future me and @camilieroart will talk things out, but until then Colorcoded is removed. :(
I have started the first art challenge! :D The deadline is June 1st! Here the Challenge! :)
Hello! :) Welcome to the first art challenge/contest/competition, I don't know what to call this LOL. XD
So I'm starting this and the deadline will either be May 31st or June 1st depending on the day this is posted if this is posted on May 1st then May 31st if this is posted on May 2nd then June 1st, or May 3rd to June 2nd. :) After the deadline I will pick a certain amount of submissions, maybe 10, maybe 12, maybe 26, I don't know I'm still deciding, and similar to those Showdown or competition blogs I will have people vote on which one is the best until there's only two left, and whoever wins out of the final two will get bragging rights I guess XD. This is just meant for fun so don't expect nothing out of this. XD.
Now similar to @sad-leon's 2K DTIYS :D (Deadline: May 15th, the challenge is redraw this but with your own original designs so it's more like do this with your own designs (DTWYOD). And the picture they're going to be redrawing is the classic pose on the front cover of the very first comic from 1984, that pose that's been recreated several times throughout TMNT because it's so iconic. The challenge is to create your own original TMNT designs based on the normal TMNT mythology, and draw them doing that pose.

I got inspired to do this from @battiegutz, when he redrew a official promo from 2012 with his designs as seen here.
Now with that being said here are suggestions, not requirements because that would be restricting creativity, essentially these are rules but if you don't follow them don't worry you're still going to be included, they are optional rules.

Their skin must be Green with no species markings.
They can have three fingers or four fingers or two toes three toes or four toes, not five & five.
They must be the same species as each other.
They must have their traditional weapons, two Ninjaken (two Katanas), one Bo, two Sai that have been sharpened, and one or two pairs of nunchucks.
They must have the same gear as each other
Their front shells must have one line down the middle, and two side lines with one of them usually being covered by the belt.
Now that those "rules" are out of the way, here's some stuff you can do, but it's up to you, these are basically suggestions/recommendations & options. You can either give them all Red masks, or all Dark Red masks, or all Black masks, or their traditional colors of Blue Purple Red and Orange. You can make them any species of Turtle. You can either use gear that is already existed before like their traditional gear, the gear they had in 87, the gear they had in 2012, any of the gear they've had in IDW, the gear they have in Mutant Mayhem, or if you can come up with something new go for it (more points if you come up with something new). Preferably no clothing. Preferably don't give Raph or Mikey a shoulder strap because it doesn't make sense for them to have it. You can either have the tie belt (mirage early on, 87, 2k3, 2007), or the strap belt (mirage later on, 1990, next mutation, 2012, Rise), or even normal belt like they do in Mutant Mayhem (or ERB's TMNT vs Artists video). Either the classic head Style (used in most TMNT) or the Bean Head style (first used in some guest issues in Mirage, but most notable uses are 2012, sometimes used in IDW, Rise, and Batman vs TMNT film), or the 2003 head Style, or the new Mutant Mayhem head Style. You can either have them all be the same shade of Green, or slightly different shades of Green, or drastically different shades of Green, and you can even have at least one of them be Brownish Green. Their front shells can be Yellow, Tan, Orangeish, Brownish, or any color that has ever been used for their front shells in any TMNT iteration, and they can all have the same front shell color or they can all be different. Back shells can be either Green or Brown, preferably Brown. They can either have nails, claws, or nothing. Tails are optional. They can be the same Turtle drawn four times, the copy paste/palette swap Style with the only way to tell them apart either being their weapons, mask colors, or skin tone, or maybe eye color, or front shell color, or some of the above or all of the above. Or you could do what's been done since 2012 and draw four unique Turtles. Or you could go halfway and have two Turtles and copy each one once, like Raph & Leo look the same, and Mike & Don look the same. You can have the gear match their masks, or you can just have them with Brown or Black gear, and they can either all be the same shade of Brown or different shades of Brown.
Now those were just "rules" and recommendations and suggestions are completely optional, and if you don't follow any of those "rules" like make their gear not match each other or you give them clothes or Raphael a shoulder strap or anything like that you will still be counted, I won't ignore your submission just because you didn't follow the "rules". These rules, suggestions, recommendations, and options are more like optional guidelines, not strict rules. Now in order to find the submissions you must have the tag #DTWYOD so I will be able to find it. :)

Hello and welcome to another separated Mythos. Although this one is slightly different. Instead of being separated after mutation, here they were brothers in a past life and now they are reincarnated as humans and they all get mutated separately and find each other by Pure Luck, or maybe it was fate, it's up to you. This mythos was inspired by the reincarnation plot from IDW, them starting out as humans from Once Human by @jadethest0ne, and from this song. With that being said let us dive right in.
DISCLAIMER! Disclaimer! Even though I created this Mythos these are not strict rules just suggestions, let us begin.
TMNT: Reborn
A guide on how to create a TMNT Reborn iteration!
This Mythos leans a lot into fantasy specifically spirituality due to the reincarnation elements, but down to earth, sci-fi, and superhero elements also still exist here, just in smaller amounts. The Turtles can either all get mutated separately and then find each other after mutation, or they found each other before mutation and were mutated all together. And they can be found in any order.
Design Elements and aspects. Their skin can either just be Green despite whatever species they are, or their skin tone can be based on their species, or their skin tone can be based on what they were when they were Human meaning we'll have Peach, Brown, and Tan Turtles, Human skin colored Turtles. And you could also make Donatello Brown or Black despite whatever color the rest of his brothers are, or what species he is. Species markings are optional. They can have three fingers, four fingers, or five fingers, and two toes, three toes, four Toes, or five toes, they must have the same amount of digits as each other. You can make them hulking depending on what species you make them, they could be anywhere between 3 ft tall and 7 ft tall. You can make them all the same species, or you can make them all different species, and you can make them any species of Turtle. Leonardo was White, and Donatello was Black, they are both American. Raphael was Russian, you can make him any race that exists in Russia. And Michelangelo was Italian, you can make him any race that exists in Italy. Clothing is optional, but if you do have them wear clothing either they can all wear normal regular everyday clothes, or they can wear clothing that represents the region they grew up in and their culture. Gear is optional, they can either I'll have the same gears each other, or they can all have different gear like Rise. They can either have clothing, or gear, or both, but they can't have neither they need at least one of them. Mask colors, the first iteration they can have their traditional colors, and every iteration after can have Leo in Black, Don in White/Off-White, Raph in Red, and Mike in Yellow. Or you could give them all Red, or Dark Red, or Black. Powers, default mutant powers, as well as mystical powers. Since every single one of them grew up in a different part of the world none of them give off New Yorker vibes, but they are now living in New York so they give off The Vibes of newcomers, and Vibes of where they came from, like Russia and Italy.
Origins: They were a blood family in a past life. Now they are reincarnated as Humans again, but separated across the world. Splinter is still in Japan, he can be reincarnated anywhere in Japan. (A good suggestion would be, Tokyo). His original name was Yoshihama Takeshi, but after he gets reincarnated his name is now Hamato Yoshi. Thang Shin is now in China, and her name is now Tang Shen, she can be from anywhere in China. (A suggestion, Hong Kong). Leo can be from anywhere in America. (suggestion for where Leo comes from, Delaware). Don can also be from anywhere in America but he's specifically grew up in the Hood. (suggestion, Detroit). Raph is now from Russia, he can be from anywhere in Russia. (Suggestion, Moscow). And Mikey has been reborn in Italy, he can be from anywhere in Italy. (Suggestion, Venice). What their original Japanese names were can differ depending on the iteration. Leo got his name cuz his parents named him after Leonardo DiCaprio. Don either got his from his mama because maybe she was into Renaissance artist and Donatello was her favorite, or if he grew up in an orphanage then maybe one of the people at the orphanage gave him that name. Raph is named after Raphael the angel, because he was born into a Christian loving household, whether or not his parents are the good kind of Christians, or the bad kind of Christians can depend on the iteration. And Michelangelo is just named that because it's an Italian name it existed before the artist and there are still people with the name to this day. And they can either reunite either before, or after mutation. And either they can have been mutated by accident, or on purpose, or some of them were mutated by accident while others were mutated on purpose. They were mutated by mutagen, mutagenooze, ect, no gene splicing, or magic crystals. They must start out Human, not as Turtles. The reasons why they were mutated if they were mutated on purpose can vary depending on who mutated them. How exactly they died in their past lives and why they were reincarnated can vary from iteration to iteration, possibly they were killed by Shredder and they reincarnated for vengeance. Or maybe it's something related, or connected to Shredder, but they weren't directly killed by him, either way they are back. And how they reunite can vary from iteration to iteration. Sometimes they reunite before mutation because all of their individual families move to New York for one reason or another, or they were all orphans and they met in the orphanage and possibly adopted by Yoshi. If they were are united after mutation then they were either brought together by someone or something, or they just happened upon each other. And Yoshi can reunite with Shen either before or after finding all of their sons. Additional Turtles are optional and those additional Turtles also being a part of the family in the past life is optional.
The Foot Clan: They have been around for centuries, and have been off and on again good and bad, it all depends on who's running them at the moment. They can be an organized crime syndicate, or just a neutral clan of ninjas. They are responsible for the family's death in the past. Their exact goals can vary depending on who's running them.
Splinter: Hamato Yoshi must exist. He was Yoshihama Takeshi in his past life, now he is Hamato Yoshi. Splinter must be Yoshi, no pet Rat, no student (human or Anthro Rat), and No son (adopted or biological) of Yoshi, Splinter' is Yoshi himself here. And it can be mutation or magical transformation. Yoshihama Takeshi had personal ties with Takeshi Tatsuo, and they got beef, whatever that beef was can depend on the iteration, but it results in Yoshihama's and his family's death. And making Yoshihama Takeshi & Takeshi Tatsuo blood related to each other is optional. And the order their names go in can differ depending on the iteration, it can be Yoshihama Takeshi or Takeshi Yoshihama, and Takeshi Tatsuo or Tatsuo Takeshi. Now later after reincarnation, Yoshihama Takeshi is now Hamato Yoshi, and Takeshi Tatsuo is now Oroku Saki.
How to write this Splinter. He's exactly the same as the Terrapins Mythos Splinter, just the normal mythos Splinter extra spiritual. Visions of his old life return to him while he meditates, and visions of where his sons and his wife are now come to him as well. Now he is on a quest to reunite his family. Whether or not he wants Vengeance can depend on the iteration. He can start looking for his sons either before or after his mutation, and he can find them either before or after their mutations, and he can either find his wife first or last.
Tang Shen: She is required, not optional. She was Thang Shin in her past life, Her new name in her new life is Tang Shen. Her getting mutated or magically transformed is optional, you could leave her a Human, but if you do have her get mutated then she can either be Shard, Spirit, Ghost, or you could do something unique and have your iteration have two Splinters and the Turtles tell them apart by calling them mom and dad. XD. Or you could come up with a new name and species for her to get mutated into, it's up to you.
How to write this Shen? It depends on what you do with her. If you leave her as a Human then write her how you would normally write Tang Shen, a very kind, sweet, loving, and motherly woman. If you have her be Shard then write her similarly to how she was written in the AU shards of memories, or how she is in my Family United mythos. If you have her be Spirit then write her similarly to how she is in my Sea Turtles mythos. If you have her be Ghost then have her be similar to how she is in the Karate Ninjas mythos. If you have her be another Splinter then write her similarly to how she is in Redline. Having her be a fighter is optional. And she's very spiritual just like Yoshi.
Leonardo: He is strong-willed and determined. He is an honorable strategist. He's also very hard working and respectful. He grew up in the typical upper middle class White picket fence household with a mostly normal family. In school he was a straight A student, and he was on the honor roll, I don't mean he was a genius like Donatello, I just mean he was a clean cut, well-behaved, good student, kind of a teacher's pet, and whenever he seen something going down he would always tell the teacher or the principal despite the fact that the school bullies threatened to beat him up if he told. When bullies did try to beat him up He learned a martial art for self defense, Now that martial art Could have been Ninjutsu and that's how he ends up meeting Yoshi, or could have been something else like Karate and he only started learning Ninjutsu after Splinter found him. Now If you're going to make him an orphan in your iteration then he may have a little bit of PTSD because something happened to his family, what that something is can depend on the iteration, maybe the school bully was secretly a part of The Foot Clan and wanted revenge for being snitched on, snitches get stitches. And then he ends up in the orphanage where he meets the rest of his brothers and then gets adopted by Yoshi, or He doesn't meet his brothers there Then he gets adopted by Yoshi and then they both get mutated and find the other three later on after their mutations. The school bully in question could have been Hun, Bebop and Rocksteady, or Katana, or you could make up a new character, it's up to you. And this becoming an orphan plot can happen either in Delaware and somehow he ends up in New York probably after Splinter adopts him, or his family moved to New York for one reason or another maybe (work related) and he became an orphan after he moved. Or if you don't go with the orphan plot then it's possible he seen a crime being committed (probably by The Foot Clan) and witness protection moved his family to New York, but it didn't work and he was found by The Foot and taken by them, and then presumed dead by the police and by his family, and after that he gets mutated So he doesn't go back because now he has to hide. Either The Foot Clan can mutate them, or The Foot Clan left him for dead after thinking they beat him to death, and somehow comes in contact with Mutagen or Mutagenooze. Or this could work with the orphan plot, when this witness protection doesn't work His whole family gets killed and then he's adopted by Yoshi, after they kill his family They then think they killed him, but in actuality he survived and then gets mutated So he had to let the general public presume him to be dead, or The Foot kidnaped him after killing his family and then mutated him. He can either get mutated in Delaware and after Splinter finds him they move to New York, or he can get mutated when he's living in New York. If his family still alive they either don't know he's mutated and just presume him to be dead, or they know he's mutated and they helped him escape from scientists who want to dissect him.
If you decide to have him wear clothing after his mutation then if you give him clothes that represent where he grew up in then give him a flannel shirt, and a baseball cap or a trucker's cap, and work pants of any kind, and work boots. He can sometimes get into arguments with both Donatello and Raphael because usually those two don't know how to stop running their mouths and escalate a minor situation into something worse, getting them into more trouble because they like to trash talk the villains a lot. Leo also doesn't get Italian slang, Russian slang, or Black slang, because he's White. XD. So he often doesn't understand what his brothers are talking about and they like to pick on him for that and purposefully talk using sayings he doesn't get because they find it funny to confuse him. XD. This happens the most between Donatello and Leonardo. XD. Leonardo has his own slang as well, he talks in White slang, or Southern slang, or Country slang. Similar to IDW as soon as they start training in Ninjutsu they seem to already naturally know what to do, so even though they haven't been training throughout their new lives they still have some of the skill they had from their past lives. Leonardo is the most skilled at Ninjutsu, and he is reaching his full potential because there's nothing holding him back here. In his past life he was the oldest, but in his new life it can depend on the iteration he can be the oldest, second oldest, second youngest, or youngest.
Character development suggestions, if you make him an orphan with PTSD have him overcome his PTSD. If you don't have them with PTSD then have him just develop into a very good leader. Unless you don't have him be the leader in which case have him learn to understand his brother's slang so they can't confuse him anymore, maybe even start having them talk in very obscure Southern slang to confuse them. XD.
Donatello: Donatello is calm and serene. And he's very sensible, and Street Smart. He grew up in the hood, but despite growing up in an area that is super dangerous where you could get backstabbed by literally anyone including your own family, he still has a kind heart and can be rather sweet at times. And despite growing up in a crime ridden area he doesn't actually like doing crime, but sometimes he would do it to get by when he had no other choice. He would also get made fun of by other kids and people in the area for still being a virgin at his age because the hood is full of shallow people like that, but he doesn't care what they think. He's constantly on the search for knowledge because he wants to get out of the hood as soon as possible, and get a better life. And because he grew up in such a dangerous place he had to get strong in order to protect himself and the ones he cares about, so he's not the weakest muscle wise here, he's actually the second strongest muscle wise. Unlike Leonardo who was a good student Donnie would often get into arguments with the teacher because he said something snarky or he back sassed the teacher. He also gets made fun of for being a nerd because he's a scientist, mostly in Tech, but he does dabble in the others just a little bit. Either he grew up in an orphanage and never knew his parents, or he had his mom but something happened to her (possibly something with The Foot) and now he's in an orphanage, and this is where he can meet his other three brothers and then get adopted by Splinter, or meet his other three brothers and then get mutated and then found by Splinter after their mutations, or he's just at the orphanage by himself and Splinter adopts him and he meets his other three brothers later, possibly before or after mutation. And how exactly he ends up getting mutated can depend on the iteration. Either his dad ran out on him or died before he was born, or he went out for either milk or cigarettes and never came back because he got killed or he just abandoned them. Or if you make his father Baxter Stockman then either his mom never told Baxter because Baxter had a promising career ahead and she didn't want to ruin his life with a child, or she just didn't trust Baxter (because of his Tendencies to use his smarts in the wrong way, AKA criminal activity) at all so she didn't want her child anywhere near him. Or she died giving birth and Baxter not wanting to raise a child at all, or not wanting to raise a child alone put his son up for adoption because he didn't have time for a child.
If you do decide to have him keep wearing clothing after his mutation and you want him to represent his culture then have him wear stuff that African Americans usually wear, like Durags, or maybe a gold chain, but don't make him look too stereotypical because that's just racist. Because of the background he comes from he takes fighting a little bit more seriously than a normal Mythos Donatello, so instead of being the least skilled in Ninjutsu he's actually the second most skilled in Ninjutsu, but he still does focus on science a good bit, he just focuses a little bit more on training than in the normal Mythos. Because of his smarts he's able to make Tech weapons like Rise Donnie, but because he grew up poor in the hood he didn't have the resources or money to do so, until after he became a mutant and started going on adventures where he could nab Alien Tech, or steal parts from villains. Because of Leo growing up in a normal household and Donnie growing up in the hood they have different viewpoints and often they Clash with each other, but when they do find Common Ground, they find common ground. A lot of Black Culture and slang will go over Leo's head, and Donnie will make fun of him for it. XD. Don and Raph are the troublemakers in school because they back sass the teachers, while Leo and Mike are The Good Children.
Character development suggestions, maybe have him learn to not Trash Talk villains and make situations worse.
Raphael: Raph is bold, boisterous, and full of energy. He's the big strong tough guy sort of like the stereotypical Russian, but Raphael was already like that without being Russian. XD. And he has anger issues and an attitude problem, what exactly that stems from can depend on the iteration. Him and Donatello are the troublemakers, and often make situations worse by trash talking the bad guys. He's sarcastic and cynical and kind of a loner sometimes. And he can also be extremely rude at times. But whenever he's not in a serious situation he can be rather Goofy, like a goofball. For example go look up the meanwhile in Russia series on YouTube, and look up In the Army now (Russian version) on YouTube, and the YouTube channel Life of Boris, Raphael can be basically like these guys. XD. He has a thing for cooking, for an example of what I'm talking about go check out Boris's cooking videos on The Life of Boris YouTube Channel. Either he grew up in and got mutated in Russia and only moved to New York after his mutation and/or being found by Splinter, or his family moved to America for who knows what reason, it can depend on the iteration. If you go with the orphan plot then he could have became an orphan in Russia and somehow got transferred to an orphanage in America, or Yoshi was just in Russia for some reason, maybe he just knew Raphael was there due to a vision he had during meditation. And how he became an orphan can depend on the iteration, but probably something to do with The Foot Clan. He either became a mutant after he gets adopted by Yoshi, or he becomes a mutant before and is only found by Yoshi after his mutation. And he can meet his other three brothers, or maybe just Donatello in the orphanage, or he can be the only one and he just gets adopted by Yoshi, or him and Donatello can be the only ones and they both get adopted by Yoshi. If you don't go with the orphan plot then possibly similar to Leo his family helped him hide because scientists and the government would want to do experiments on him or dissect him, or Raphael's family seen him as a freak after his mutation and disowned him from the family, which could explain why he so angry and cynical. On top of his Ninjutsu he also has military training from his parents and grandparents, and whether or not his parents or grandparents are for or against communism can depend on the iteration, but Raphael doesn't like it regardless because of how much people suffered during it.
If you have him continue to wear clothes after his mutation and you want him to represent the Russian people then give him a Ushanka, and either a tank top, or a Shuba, or both. Despite seeming very cold at times he has a good heart and cares about protecting people and doing the right thing. He's also very Reckless, punch first ask questions never type person, always running in without a plan. And he's a closeted softy. He is the second least skilled at Ninjutsu because not only does he have an anger problem holding him back, he also has a goofball Carefree nature holding him back as well, so he's even less skilled than the normal Mythos Raph, because he has two things holding him back.

Michelangelo: Michelangelo has happiness and has a love of learning. But not as much as Donatello's love of learning. He's the most kind-hearted, sweet, open, light-hearted, and friendly Turtle who's also immature, a party animal, and a goofball. Whenever Raphael isn't causing trouble with Donnie he's being a goofball with Mikey. Mikey is very happy-go-lucky, cheerful, and optimistic. And he's laid back and carefree, and absolutely loves pizza, skateboarding, comic books, movies, video games, action figures, ECT.

Or like Donatello he could have been an orphan from the get-go and possibly was in the same orphanage as Donatello at some point and was adopted by Yoshi at the same time. Or maybe he was in the orphanage with all three of his brothers. Either he was in Italy and was transferred to an orphanage in America, or Yoshi adopted him in Italy. He is the least skilled at Ninjutsu and the weakest muscle wise because of his laid back and carefree nature.
Character development suggestions, have him mature up so we can be less naive, and have him take training a bit more seriously.
April O'Neil: She is sassy, you get the point. Making her also reincarnated and their sister in the past is optional. And having her get mutated is also optional, and having her stay mutated is even more optional, and what she gets mutated into is up to you, if you mutate her into a Turtle then she can have a Pink mask. Other than that you can make her any age or race you want.
Casey Jones: He is a good-hearted person that wants to do the right thing, and he loves hockey. Everything else like him being crazy, or him being stupid, ect, is optional. And having him be reincarnated is also optional, but if you do have them be reincarnated he was not their brother in the past, he was April's significant other in the past, and now Fate has reunited them. And having him get mutated is optional, and having him stay a mutant is optional. You can make him any age or race you want.
Karai: She is optional. And having her be Splinter's reincarnated daughter is optional. If you do then her original name is Miwa, and in her new life she is either the adopted daughter of Oroku Saki, or the biological daughter of him, or his biological granddaughter. And you can also make her The Foot Recruit, but that's optional. And making her a mutant is optional, and having her stay a mutant is optional, and what she gets mutated into is up to you, but I suggest Snake, but that's optional.
The Foot Recruit and The Space Thief: They are optional. But if you do add them then you must keep their core personality traits, and they must switch sides by the end. FR's is she's really crazy and obsessive, and ST's he's really crazy and cunning. Other than that you can make them any age, or race you want. And you can make them any character you want since they are just titles. And in this Mythos they must have some sort of trauma, or something going on that they need a therapist for. And having them be reincarnated is optional.
The Shredder: He is Oroku Saki, but if your iteration has more than one Shredder he must be the first Shredder and then someone else can take up his mantle after his defeat. He was Takeshi Tatsuo, or Tatsuo Takeshi depending on the iteration, now in his new life he is Oroku Saki. As Takeshi Tatsuo he was the founder of The Foot Clan, and had some sort of rivalry or beef with Yoshihama Takeshi, possibly even a love triangle with Shin. Some iterations him and Yoshihama Can Be Blood Brothers, other iterations they can be some other form of blood family like cousins, uncle & nephew, ECT, or they can only be family by adoption, or they might not be family at all and they're just two people who knew each other and formed a rivalry, they were possibly just friends, and now they're bitter enemies. Either way Takeshi Tatsuo gets Yoshihama Takeshi and his family killed, and then he himself would die later on either from natural causes or someone killing him. Now reincarnated he is almost immediately made the leader of the Foot Clan again because either somehow they just knew it was him because he acts so similar, or maybe it was foretold in a prophecy, it depends on the iteration, but either way he's back into power, and he may or may not remember his past life, perhaps memories of his past life will come back as time goes on. He can be reformed like IDW Shredder. His goals are either just wanting to run organized crime, or Conquering the world or universe. He must have personal ties to Splinter, either in both the past life and the current life, or just in the past life.
TMNT Reborn mythos.
Their skin can either be Green even though they're not Green species. Or Human skin tone. Or based on whatever species they are. And Donatello can be Brown or Black even if he's not a Brown or Black species. And species markings are optional.
They can all be the same species, or you can make one or more of them different species, and you can make them any species of Turtle.

Leonardo can be the leader, or they never get a leader and just remain as four equals.

Because she was the only one who participated. :( I was worried that me being shadowbanned would interfere with this contest but I went with it anyway.... :( I don't know how long I'm going to be shadowbanned for but maybe I should hold off on doing another art challenge until I know for sure I'm unshadowbanned.
But anyways congratulations to indieyuugure even if it is only by default she still put a lot of hard work into it and it looks great. Hopefully she takes her designs and makes her own iteration with them, with its own lore to boot, but that's up to her and only time will tell.
This is a different post. I'm not going to talk about a new Mythos I made, I'm going to give a template on how to write a writers guide for a Mythos. That way people can make their own mythology the same way I do it. With that being said let us get in there.

Leonardo: This is where you establish Leo's personality, you can change his personality anyway you want as long as you keep him in honorable strategist.
Donatello: This is where you establish Donatello's personality, you can change his personality anyway you'd like as long as you keep him the sensible one, the smart one, The Tech Guy, and constantly seeking out knowledge.
Raphael: This is where you established Raphael's personality, you can change this personality any way you want as long as you keep him the strong muscular tough one of the group, good-hearted person who wants to do the right thing, wants to protect people at all costs, runs in without a plan thinking with his fists, and is a big softy.
Michelangelo: This is where you establish Michelangelo's personality, you can change this personality any way you want as long as you keep him the most open, light-hearted, and friendly turtle. He also wants to be a human and is a party animal.
Human allies: This is where you established who their human allies are if you decide to make them anyone different than April and Casey and what you're allowed to do with those human allies.
Main antagonists: This is where you established who their main antagonists are and what you're allowed to do with them.

Hello everyone, This may or may not be a long post, so stick with me here.
After dubbing Soul Winter, The next mutation, and Rise as off worlds/dimensions/realities/universies/incarnations/iterations/installments, or Whatever word you prefer, stating that the difference between a normal TMNT iteration and a off TMNT iteration Is the personalities being different than usual. In Soul winter They all seem to have the personality of children, Probably because of the fact that they are more turtle-like and Since they grew up slower than humans considering they live over a hundred by the time their teenagers they have the mind of a seven-year-old. In the next mutation Leonardo is not level headed his angry like a Raphael, Donatello is an arrogant dick, but not in a fun good way like RISE, Raphael still having anger problem, but he's rather stupid, and sometimes Can come across as an abusive boyfriend in some episodes. And Michelangelo is just a stupid jerk. Rise of the TMNT Leonardo is Now the wisecracking jackass, Donatello Can be dead inside or full of himself depending on his mood And he has autism, Raphael is a big cinnamon roll, And Michelangelo seems all nice and sweet But mess with the things he loves and he gets scary.
But There's more till it. In Soul Winter They all have the same weapons, a normal katana not even the straight traditional TMNT katana aka Ninjaken/Ninjao, just normal real life katanas. In the next mutation Leonardo has a ninjado scissor sword, Donatello has a mechanical staff a more primitive version of Rise Donnie's Tech staff, Raphael's Sai can Connect to make a staff, Michelangelo has extendable Tonfa. In Rise Leonardo had a Mystic ōdachi, Donatello has a tech staff, Raphael has Mystic Tonfa, and Michelangelo has a Mystic kusari-fundo. Also in Rise of the TMNT their roles in the group and Ages were swapped around here and there, but it wasn't in Next Mutation, and in Soul Winter I don't think they had a leader I think they were four equals.
So you could just leave it as simple as that normal TMNT and off TMNT, but I decided to put more thought into this and I invented a way to categorize worlds in a similar fashion as biologists and taxonomous categorize living things, imagine taxonomy, but for worlds. Call it Josh's World categorization method I don't know I'll come up with a better name later. In taxonomy we got domain, Kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species. Here we have mythology/mythos, Lore, Canon, continuity, and timeline. Here are some examples.
