Nomination Ballot - General

This ballot is for the more mainstream fanfics that are appropriate for all ages. Please read the Rules page carefully before you start. If you need a refresher on the categories, check the General Ballot Categories here.

For anyone new at this, the nomination ballot is a google doc. All the categories are pre-listed, you fill it out like a form. Make sure you have your list of fics, working and accessible links to those fics, along with the author/artist.

It is a 4 page ballot, and you can skip any page or category you do not want to fill out except Page 1. This is the breakdown:

Page 1 - Asks for your name (fandom username, typically), and a link to your Tumblr, FF.net, DA, AO3 or other account so we know you are an actual person.

Page 2 - General categories listed. General fics are defined as: For stories that are suitable for all ages. No T-cest, disturbing themes, or graphic portrayals of violence, gore, sex, etc. Works can be rated G through T, though some T rated stories will be treated as mature depending on the content and warnings.

Page 3 - Foreign Languages, for fics in Spanish, German or French.

Page 4 - Art and Media categories. Any nominees here must be SFW and suitable for all ages. Have you written a story based on someones artwork? Has an artist drawn fanart for your fic? Have a favorite meta post from someone? How about a fan comic or awesome AMV on uTube? Nominate them!
