Woohoo! You can do it! Ellie believes in you!
Adam update
Read Chapter 187 here!
Leo suddenly winked at him. He pointed at the group still chit chatting a few trees away, just close enough to them to still be seen but enough away that they couldn’t immediately tell what Adam and his group was doing. Not that they were trying, they were apparently engrossed in a conversation Adam wasn’t following. He stood back up as he watched in question Leo pick up some of the mud. Before he could analyze what he would do with that, Leo was already chucking it at the others at full speed, the clumps of grass meshed through it keeping it just solid enough to reach its target. Before it could even splatter all over Raph’s shoulder, Leo was already turned back towards Ellie, his shell to the group.
“Gah!” Raph growled. “You.” He accused, pointing directly at Adam.
Adam blinked, pointing at himself. What? Him?? No, it was…
He tried waving towards Leo, but Leo was doing an incredible job at ignoring the drama he had just caused. That traitor.

What should I name my TMNT AU
TMNT: 10 Years Later AU
TrailMix Adventures
TMNT: Variety Bag
'TMNT: Multi-Bag Experience
Since I got some awesome title suggestions for my AU, I decided another poll was in order( And this time, I'm posting it in the TMNT 2003 Community so it can be a fare fight!)
And the ones who suggested said titles are @emeraldhazeart for Multi-Bag Experience & TMNT: Variety Bag and @monebula-muses for TrailMix Adventures.
And I do want to point out again, that this AU does NOT follow the Turtles, but a doctor in training, a Purple Dragon, a Foot Ninja, a Triceraton and a Utrom in their misadventures with Hun, Karai, Stockman and Commander Mozar.
It will all make sense in due time. Just trust the process.
THE UNMENTIONABLE SISTER - ORIGIN: PROJECT RENAISSANCE

AU origin story for the 2003 turtles and their little sister. As told by the points of views of Bishop vs Splinter. (You'll notice some inspo from other iterations, particularly bayverse and some 03 Bishop lore)
Set in Bishop's lab, will he succeed in perfecting his super soldier serum?
Will a rat find his purpose?
(This is my first time writing fanfiction, and this is a story I've had in the works for a long, long time. Finally I was brave enough to write it. Please share and leave your thoughts <3 )

BISHOP
LOCATION: UNDISCLOSED
"Subject deceased. 5th November 0200 hours." Bishop clicks his tape recorder. It was only a matter of time before this happened. He'd put this subject through a lot, for longer than he thought she would hold on for. A part of him, somewhere deep, deep inside he felt a small twinge of..was it sadness? Guilt?... Disappointment.
One profitable outcome is that she has left the five infant subjects. The first four came four years ago - quadruplet males born days apart. They've been raised as the first generation of this iteration of thr super soldier serum - Project Renaissance.
The fifth, a female, was born only two years ago. This time, a single child.
The Mother subject's death resulted in the infant male subjects' procedure being brought forward. Bishop couldn't afford to lose the years' worth of work he'd put into this generation. The subjects will be ready by now - old enough that they won't be killed by the procedure, yet young enough they can adapt to the physical changes it may entail.
The only problem was that the serum wasn't ready. After years of experiments and iterations of this serum, Bishop grew to understand that for a subject to develop the heightened qualities of strength, resilience, and longevity, it must come from a non-human source. Turtles.
But that isn't enough. There is still one key ingredient missing: a molecule binder. To allow the human and animal DNA to merge together. A substance like that does not exist on Earth. Not organically anyway. But that doesn't mean Bishop can't get his hands on some.
Bishop is a man with a lot of, shall we say, ‘experience’. Over his time, he has developed knowledge beyond that of any mortal human being. He's seen many wars. Lived countless lives. Encountered many species…
It was Bishop's lifelong, sworn duty to keep Earth safe from the creatures that altered the course of his life. Aliens. The first species Bishop encountered disappeared years ago. He hopes they have left this planet for good. But they aren't the only ones. There are many intelligent alien species out there. And some are much, much closer than people think.
Without their knowledge, Bishop has been aware of the Utroms' existence on Earth for decades. He's quietly been watching them, analysing every movement, gathering intelligence in the event of a threat of invasion. He hasn't seen any risk of hositility from them...yet.
Bishop knew the Utroms had access to the sort of substance he needed. A supposed byproduct that acts like a mutagen, which would allow the reshaping of the cells to take place. He had to get his hands on it.

SPLINTER
LOCATION: TCRI
The rat scurries along the overhead pipes. He doesn't know how long he's been here. This place feels like the closest to home he can get. Since his beloved Master Yoshi was murdered, Splinter couldn't think of where best to find sanctuary, other than with the beings Yoshi was Guardian of. The grief stabbed through his heart constantly. He felt so useless. He wished there was something more he could have done, other than watch. The memory taunts him, playing on loop over and over again in his mind.
Did he want peace? Did he want revenge? He didn't know. Day in, day out, he scurried along pipes, watching the Utroms at work. He'd try to keep his mind alive, remembering Yoshi, imitating the ninjitsu moves he observed him doing over and over again. But ultimately, they weren't enough to save him. Still, Splinter continued practising. Every day, the pain stayed the same. A purposeless rat with a strong sense of purpose.
But for what?
One evening, he found himself watching a team of Utroms loading up a truck with canisters containing a green substance. Every now and then, in the middle of the night, they'd load up one of these trucks, send it off, and by the morning, it would return empty. Splinter had always wondered where they went. Today, his curiosity got the better of him. He found himself pulled to the truck, almost like he wasn't in control of his own feet. Stealthily, he jumped into the back of the truck and buried himself between crates of canisters. The doors slam, the engine hums, the floor vibrates, and they're moving…
…
A violent swerve startles Splinter. The truck stops, silence. He hears a sudden, short, muffled noise, then a thump from the front of the truck. Footsteps. The dragging of something. Splinter ducks behind a crate as the doors swing open. Something is dumped in. Doors closed. Engines start. After a moment, Splinter cautiously steps out. The Utrom worker. A bullet hole through the stomach, and a pale liquid oozes out beneath the body.

SPLINTER
LOCATION: UNKNOWN
“Take this lot to the freezers” a man in uniform barks at a group of soldiers, as crates of canisters are unloaded from the truck and carted off out of sight.
“Oi, you, come here.” He calls over one of them. “Take this to the lab immediately, Agent Bishop's orders.” He hands him a single canister.
"Yes, Sir” the soldier salutes and starts off for the lab.
Lab? Splinter scurries after him, darting around carts and soldiers and people in white coats down a maze of corridors. He struggles to keep up until he sees the soldier with the canister in the distance, doing some kind of security check to access what must be the lab. Tall metal doors open, and the man enters. Splinter sprints as the doors begin to close. He’s determined to make it. A tiny slither of a gap is left, and Splinter just manages to squeeze through it before the doors slam shut.
Blinded by the bright lights of the lab, Splinter catches his breath. The soldier has disappeared, along with the canister. He takes a moment to listen. The buzzing of electricity is deafening. He catches the murmur of the soldier and what sounds like another man. He listens carefully, approaching the direction of the noise…
Crying.
Splinter turns his head away from the soldier and towards the new sound. He approaches and finds some kind of lab worker in a white coat completing paperwork next to what could only be described as a glass cage. “Shut it! Your crying won't bring your brothers back, so just quit it.”
What? How can one dare mistreat a distressed infant in such a way? Splinter was sick to his stomach. Why is she imprisoned like this? This young, innocent child.
She saw him. Splinter. Through her tears, she stared at him. He looked back at her. Willing his eyes to speak to her. To tell her that he wished he could do something to help her and that she would be okay. The kindess of his eyes drew her in, and for a moment, it was as if their souls connected. And that nothing else seemed to matter. Because, with him, she felt safe. Suddenly, her attention snaps to the other side of the lab. She begins to sob again. Splinter turns to see what she is looking at. His heart stops.
What he sees will live with him forever. Four children. In suspended animation with countless tubes running through them. These must be her brothers. What inhumane, cruel acts happen here? These beautiful children. Splinter heads towards the brothers, but near them is another man. This one isn't a soldier. A tall, slender man in a black suit and dark glasses covering his eyes. He carries depths of authority. He must be the one responsible for this. He's facing away from the children, administering something into a machine connected to the pods holding them. Splinter's eyes widen. It's the substance from TCRI.

BISHOP
LOCATION: GENETICS LAB
“November 13, 0100 hours. Procedure begins.” Bishop speaks into his tape recorder as he flicks a switch. Electricity sparks and lights flicker as serum is pumped into the pods. The children writhe. Bishop flicks another switch, next to which the canister of precious TCRI mutagen is held, connected by tubes to the pods. Bishop watches in marvel. Praying that, finally, he has succeeded.
CRASH!
Startled, Bishop turns to the sound of breaking glass. A rat! Next to the broken canister of mutagen on the floor.
"NO!” He launches for the rat. This dumb creature has ruined the procedure. He's raised these four children for what? Failure?! Again! He goes to kick the rat as it darts around the lab. The rat knocks over countless pieces of equipment, spilling precious vials of serum and other chemicals. Sparks begin to fly.
"SHIT!” Flames erupt across the lab. Bishop quickly looks at the subjects. They are mutating. Too much. The quantity of the serum and mutagen are incorrect. Bishop stares, seething. His subjects ruined. His lab in flames. No one can know about this. Bishop runs to a desk, flicks a sequence of switches, and presses a button.

SPLINTER
LOCATION: GENETICS LAB
“Self destruction sequence imminent five minutes.” An automated voice fills the space.
From under a pile of fallen equipment, Splinter watches the man flee the scene. Abandoning the children. The children. Splinter goes to run to the boys.
Agony.
He can't move. His body contorts. The substance had spilt onto him during the chaos. He tries to see the children through his blurred vision. They've stopped moving. Splinter pushes through. He has to save them. As screams of agony escape him, Splinter stumbles towards the pods. How does he get them out? He spots a fallen pipe on the floor. Splinter finds himself balancing on his hind legs, uses all his strength to pick up the pole, and smashes it into the first pod. The tubes immediately detach as the first child falls out onto Splinter. Splinter catches him. He looks into his eyes. Something in the child knows he can trust him.
Splinter swings at the second pod. The child watches as his brother stumbles out of the pod. The boys grab onto each other as Splinter moves onto the third pod. He holds his hand out to the cowering child.
“It's okay.” Splinter reassures the child. His first words.
Together, the first two brothers grab a large heavy piece of rubble, which has fallen from the ceiling and throw it at the final pod. They're out. All four children. Although they aren't human anymore. Splinter realises he is still on his hind legs, now looking down at these…turtles. He himself is no longer ‘normal’ for his species either.
“Self destruction sequence imminent in three minutes.”
“We must leave” Splinter grabs the hands of the two turtles closest to him, with the other two closely in tow, running through the flames.
Then, in the distance, screaming. The girl! She's still here! Splinter runs towards where he first saw her. The whole place is filled with smoke. He can hear her but can't see her. One of the boys lets go of his hand and runs into the smoke. Splinter runs after him. The boy races to the glass cage. It's shattered, smashed by a fallen beam, now covered in a pile of rubble. Splinter frantically digs through the rubble, as do all four of the boys.
“Here!” Yells one of the boys, as he finds the tiny hand of his sister. The group of mutants throw pieces of rubble behind them, revealing the frightened face of the little girl. The boys keep throwing rubble as Splinter reaches into the pile and gently lifts out the human girl. He cradles her into his shoulder. Although extremely shaken and covered in cuts and grazes, by some miracle, she isn't seriously injured. Lucky.
“Self destruction sequence imminent in one minute.” Splinter turns towards the lab doors to find them blocked by a huge fire.
“This way!” One of the boys climbs onto a cabinet and points to an air vent. The brothers climb onto the cabinet.
“Very clever” he says to the child as he passes the girl gently to one of her brothers. Splinter climbs up and pulls down the air vent. One by one, he lifts the children up into the vent, lastly pulling himself up. They crawl through the vent as it leads upwards.
“Self destruction sequence imminent in 30 seconds.” The young turtle at the front reaches a covering above his head and tries to push it open, but he's too weak. His brothers join him, pushing up with all their might as it suddenly comes free. They clamber onto the roof. Splinter takes the girl again as she buries her head into his fur. He looks around for an escape. The boys run to the edge of the building. The Sea.
“Self destruction sequence imminent in 10 seconds.” Splinter joins them at the edge, looking down at the water lapping against the edge of the building.
Their only option is to jump.
“9.”
“Hold onto each other” Splinter tells them.
The boys hold hands.
“8.”
Splinter grips tighter to the girl.
“7.”
“We must run.”
They all step a few paces back.
“6.”
“Do not let go of each other"
The boys squeeze their hands. They look at each other.
“5.”
The boys look out at the horizon.
“4.”
Splinter takes a breath.
“3.”
“Go”.
They begin running.
“2.”
They jump.
“1.”
