This is the manifesto printed into the inside of the shirts made by the company The Monument of Our Hearts. Tmooh makes socially conscious shirts and sweaters that encourage well-being, healthy body image, and really just happiness in general. I love this company, and this new and modified manifesto definitely speaks to many things I believe in.
