I need help finding a Magnus archives fic I read a bit ago but forgot to save.
I remember that it takes place after series 5 finale. Jon and Martin survive I think somehow, but the fears aren’t totally gone. Jon is like stuffed in the backseat of the car and Martin + lesbians are going to Daisy’s old burying ground to bury Jon cause they think he’s dead but somehow Jon catches on fire spontaneously and is also alive and one of the lesbians shoots his arm off. Jon is fine somehow except no arm. Then something else happens that I forgot involving an apartment, Simon Fairchild, and the OIAR kidnapping Jon and Martin but Martin gets free somehow. Jon is in a cage (I imagined the little cage that the doctor is kept in it that one episode of Doctor who where the master like turns him old or something he’s so silly. I don’t think that’s what the author intended but idk) and in the presence of the camera thing so he can’t use any compulsion or Eye stuff or anything but the camera is a little broken I think so it doesn’t work fully? I dunno. Sam is sent in to interrogate Jon or whatever, and then after a few days/weeks they sew Jon’s mouth shut and he and Sam go out to get in contact with an “external” which turns out to be Martin trying to kidnap them? Or get kidnapped so he can’t find Jon? Maybe? I can’t really remember. That’s as far as I read and maybe as far as it was written.
I know I got to it from a link someone had on tumblr. Any help finding this would be greatly appreciated
I am really excited because one of my favorite fics that I’ve ever written just became my most popular fic that I’ve ever written! It was a Soulmate AU one shot that dethroned a 15 chapter amnesia fic.

Just an Angel of Love -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) Inspired by this post. Jake Peralta is a cupid and a great one at that. He has a reputation for being the best. But for some reason, he can’t bring himself to set Amy Santiago up with her perfect man. Still in progress, but almost finished!
But We Don’t Count It -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) Inspired by the story Jake and Amy tell on their undercover date. “We first met five years ago. But we don’t count it because...” “I was dating a speedboat model at the time.” “And I was dating a super handsome comptroller of a major US city.” “And then about a year ago, we bumped into each other at a bar and we haven’t been able to keep our hands off each other since.” AU with Jake and Amy’s story from Johnny and Dora.
Going in Blind -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) Jake and Amy are set up on blind dates, not knowing it’s with each other. Set during season 2 some time after Boyle-Linetti Wedding.
What to Expect -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) After a crazy night together, Amy finds herself pregnant with Jake’s baby. They have to learn to be parents while navigating their partnership. Set in season 2. Still in progress!
If Things Were Different -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) What if Amy had gone to the bar after her first date with Teddy? What if she’d found Jake there? What could have happened? This one was written after easily the 100th time I watched Tactical Village.
A Betting Man -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) This was the first fic I wrote for the B99 universe as a way of coping with the summer hiatus. Set after Jake returns from Witness Protection: Jake wants to move forward in his relationship with Amy and takes unnecessarily complicated steps to do so.
Diving in the Dumpster -- (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) A set of one-shots that have been posted on Tumblr. I do take prompts if anyone has any!
Every Memory Fades Away Till It’s Gone -- (The Mindy Project) This was the amnesia fic that got dethroned! I’m still super proud of this fic. It was painful to write and it’s extra painful now. Danny’s had an accident and Mindy is left to pick up the pieces. Angst. Set in the future after they are married.
A House Is Not a Home -- (The Mindy Project) Their house is them. It was Mindy’s bold choices and Danny’s attention to details. It was Mindy’s bright personality mixed with Danny’s reserved personality that somehow evened them both out.
Like I Can -- (The Mindy Project) Danny’s thoughts from the sidelines of Mindy’s relationships. Inspired by “Like I Can” by Sam Smith. I really loved writing this one but now it is just really painful.
A Perfect Disaster -- (The Mindy Project) Mindy is all set to see the man she loves and ask him to marry her. What she doesn’t foresee is getting stranded and having to rely on a man she doesn’t know to get her back to her boyfriend. AU. Secretly (or not so secretly) inspired by Leap Year.
I have a bunch more TMP fics, but they’re kind of painful for me to think about now because they were all Dandy centric.
I also have a lot more ideas for B99 fics! Now that I’m starting to get some free time, I hope to write a lot more!
