Little comic of a part of Love In Paradise (From Epic: The Musical) with Sam and Veneticus—
TWS FOR IMPLIED KIDNAPPING, DEHUMANIZATION, INTIMIDATION, POSSESSIVE BEHAVIOR, SLIGHTLY CREEPY EXPRESSIONS, CREEPY BEHAVIOR, ETC.
Vene isnt actively determined to keep Sam there due to not really hearing about the concept of friendship in the Magnus Protocol universe, and doesnt intend to keep him, but decides to keep him for a while due to finding him 'amusing'—considering him almost like someone would a pet. Which Sam understandably hates, and has to deal with until Vene decides hes had enough fun and lets him go—which he only agrees to because he again feels like he has had enough fun. (Willow, luckily, never went to the Isle, never went to the millitary, and becomes an Architectural Designer in this universe./lh)
A concept for if Sam from the Magnus Protocol met Veneticus? And also if Veneticus was in the Magnus Protocol (more details below).
And this isnt OC x Canon,.but Veneticus IS canonically really pretty, so thats why Sam kinda blushes at him in one of the panels./lh
TWS FOR SUICIDE (MENTIONS OF IT), KIDNAPPING, MURDER, BEING TRIGGERED, BRAINWASHING, ETC.
Light-hearted bonus:
So, Willow canonically kills Veneticus in the Magnus Archives during season 5 due to feeling so enraged from everything he did to her for 7 years that she comes back—and ends up killing him due to him triggering her. However, a thing about the Isle of Desolatus is that.. it works in odd ways—and is so ancient and mysterious that it is somehow still there in the Magnus Protocol (though people and entities in this universe dont really know of it at all, unless they happen to be people who Veneticus kidnapped—but most of those people are either too traumatized to talk about it or are dead.) And, yes, Teddy (who Veneticus was before being brainwashed) is still taken to the Island during the 60s, is brainwashed and made into the Host for the Island, and becomes Veneticus. And he is not dead in the Magnus Protocol universe. He, at some point, kidnaps Sam—though Sam obviously manages to escape somehow (like maybe Celia saves him, or he happens to drop down there when he does manage to eacape the Magnus Archives universe finally—but drops down there and has to be saved and taken back into the Magnus Archives universe since they know of Veneticus and dont want Sam to be trapped there with him even if its just an Alternate Version of him).
Either way, Veneticus wont let Sam leave, and seems determined to keep him more out of intrigue rather than wanting friendship at first. Though, it gradually turns into that after a while even if Veneticus doesnt really understand friendship that much in this universe. And Sam slowly becomes more scared of him and desperate to escape, but is saved after a few days of being there.
Either way, I cant really decide if I want Willow in the Magnus Protocol universe to be dead (due to possibly implied suicide while on Desolatus) already and canonically kidnapped by Veneticus still, or if she should have never gone to the Island in this universe and be healthier than she is in The Magnus Archives—so what would be better for the story?
Willow should already be dead.
Willow should be alive, and have never gone to the Island.
