donnie has a very active mind. his thoughts are always active, be it brainstorming ideas or worrying, which also makes him quite impatient. their ocd doesn't help with this

can be mad charismatic, is an introvert though

blunt, tough love - but can be very gentle when comfortable

actually doesn't roast people to express affection believe it or not, besides the brotherly teasing here and there

raph has issues with his temper, and tends to mask his other negative emotions such as fear and sadness with anger.

despises being controlled, very self-determined and often rejects authority

he was actually insecure about his masculinity when he started puberty (especially because he wasn't getting as hairy or tall as, say, donnie). he held himself to standards based on the kind of cool guys he'd see in fiction, and he still gets embarrassed about his more "girly" or "soft" interests, but he owns it if you let him feel comfortable <3
