Tell Me What's Real || Kimberly & Malcom

With his arms crossed over his chest, Malcom leaned his back against the brick wall as he waited. Honestly, he wouldn't be surprised if Kimberly made no appearance at all; he still couldn't believe he got her to say yes. She probably just wanted you to stop talking he thought, an amused smile pulling at the corner of his lips. Malcom was a persistent guy, he would admit that but he still didn't hit on people just for the kick of it-- well, not completely anyways. For as long as he had known her, the beta always enjoyed Kimberly's company. Sure she could be a little uptight at times, but he understood fully why she was closed up-- he would be too if what had happened to her was his life instead.

When a cold breeze blew past Malcom, he could sense her walking down the street. He pushed himself away from the wall and titled his head in her direction as he watched her make her way to him. It would be a lie if Malcom said he wasn't attracted to her. "After you didn't respond to my text, I figured you wouldn't show up," he commented once she was in front of him. "Shall we?" he asked, extending his elbow for her to thread her arm through. "Don't worry, I made sure to take a shower so you wouldn't get any cooties on you." A chuckle left his mouth when he was sure he saw her rolling her eyes.
