It's sort of hilarious that Walter is my second favorite character that fits a certain archetype. A creature that was supposed to be clinical or cruel towards humanity but ended up so desperate to be a part of it, to the point of risking its own life just to get a glimpse of true living. It's a lovely kind of thought, something so powerful doing everything it can just to be human.

I love the idea of them savoring even the smallest of experiences or feelings. Daylight sun shining through leaves, chirping of birds, slight breeze. Those fascinating moments of peace that feel so...I don’t know? Devine?

If I'm being honest, I think my fixation on these sorts of characters comes from my detachment from reality. I rarely feel human most of the time, so when i hit such moments, it's satisfying enough that I understand the motivation, the desperation, and the need to live.

Things I need from batch 2 of sea:

1. Walter having to face + talk to Oliver again (he's going to be mad/weird/stupid/petty)

2. Walter post-college dating life. How was that. Was he really annoying with all the girls he liked. (Even though he was still being weird about Oliver during this time LMFAO)

3. More Maxine details. What was she like growing up. Did they ever hang out at her house. Did she only socialize when she absolutely had to etc. I want stuff from her POV.

4. MAXINE AND WALTER CONVERSATION -> EXPOSE THE FACT THAT WALTER IS PRETENDING TO BE DEAD AND PRETENDING TO BE A DOG BECAUSE HE CAN'T LEAVE HIS FRIENDS ALONE FOR TWO SECONDS. -> FALLOUT.
