@Regrann from @fioloh - Every month, whenever I visit #KittyDerek, #KittyGabryel and family, I am always comforted that our decision to not rehome all their cats is a wise one. Nobody said low-income families cannot keep cats. With a little help for food supplies, they can be very great and responsible cat parents too. All the cats are always in great condition - soft and clean fur, no fleas/ticks/mites, the kids are gentle with them and the cats give them so much love in return. Their cat owners are also the ones who have been helping us spread the word about sterilization of cats, and keep a lookout for cat abandonment and newcomers. Education.
