TBH the best part of Season 4 is Emily's arc. She came back and suddenly the episodes got so much better.

The ending of Season 4 would’ve been so much better if they had just competed with the nine dancers. They still would’ve lost Regionals, even if on a technicality, and it wouldn’t have really changed anything for Season 5. Especially since they likely would’ve still been scored and would know even if they had all ten dancers they still were going to lose. It would keep the same fire they had in Season 5 to prove themselves but would remove the unnecessary drama that was forced just for the last episode.
Given what Noah’s hair looked like for Season 4 Talking Heads, I don’t blame him for being worried about what his hair looks like in Season 6 because that was really not a great look
Apparently I do know how to torture characters that aren't Richelle. Got a fun prompt from one of the writing discords I'm in and I'm gonna give Eldon some angst in London. It's gonna be great
I'm watching the third qualifier arc (aka Emily's arc in season 4) again and like Alfie's lion for his "king" or whatever makes sense but who seriously looked at a unicorn and said "ah yes, this is clearly the most ferocious animal we could pick"
