im watching the netflix series of series of unfortunate events and just

it reads a lot like a wes anderson film

ok I probably have no idea what I’m talking abt but after watching some cdrama I feel like the colours and lighting in western media is so dull and flat ?? 😭

#although I haven’t watched anything in english for a while besides friends tho #but I’m trying to recall any shows where the colours/lighting really made me go ‘whoa 😍’ and the borgias is the only thing that comes #to mind #ok but think abt it….the scenes from the actual show vs the gifs of it on here #and how much more vibrancy gifmakers add #this is more abt fantasy (live action) shows in general #of course I don’t rlly know what I’m talking abt tho I’m just thinking of like #shadow & bone and hotd vs tteotm
