Alright, look, I think we can all agree that talking about coincidences is interesting and scary, but what we need to focus on is making a plan. Since the town you're currently in is so close to the mall, it's probably a good idea to get away from it. Do you know of anywhere safe that's decently far away from all this shit?

ok let's do this then. The simplest way to explain it is that most of us are eldritch beings, or at least we think we are, and we can see different universe, I guess? The one that we've all seen is the one where The social experiments happened, which everyone dies. You acutely die 3 times, once by security, once by bleeding out from when you had your organs and stuff ripped out but it was seen as slime on the camera, and by towel? I don't think that's what acutely happen but that's what we saw on camera when you were the slime demon soooo.

Can you tell how perceptive the drones are? Are they actually observant or are they like NPCs you can just sneak past? Knowing that could help with determining how hidden you need to be.
