Caffeine Headaches - They Suck
Me *no longer having caffeine*: Why have I had a headache ever since I got out of post-op?? And why am I so dang tired still??
*Checks how long caffeine withdrawals last*
Me: Oh. Fuck.
Basically, withdrawal symptoms (headache and fatigue) start 12-24 hours after last intake and can last 2-9 days.
On the upside, I should be a functioning human again in a few days. Hopefully. And then I can start to improve on some of my bad health habits.
I mean i really don’t think i can dude i’m not....i’m not voting for a fucking rapist so...limits my options
