Por causas desconocidas, la antigua refinería GULF explotó el 23 de Octubre de 2009 a las 12:25 de la media noche. Aunque la refinería se encuentra en Bayamón, el humo llegaba hasta Levittown. (Donde fue tomada esta imagen)  Una distancia entre 9 a 10 kilómetros.

For unknown reasons, the old GULF refinery exploded on October 23, 2009, at 12:25 midnight. Although the refinery is located in Bayamón, the smoke reached Levittown. (Where this image was taken) A distance between 9 to 10 kilometers.
