False Toad or Suck Toad (Pseudobufo subasper), family Bufonidae, found in peninsular Malaysia and Indonesia.
Aquatic.
Despite the name, this is a true toad, in the true toad family.
"Suck Toad" is only cited in a few places, and may be misunderstanding of native name for these toads... they may not actually be called that.
